Quite cosy, no much crowd, covid 19 protocol duly observed. Then service is fast!

They are swift with their attending to customers

Over crowded, the staff are not committed to their work. Five seat for staff to attend to customers but only two staff are on seat and an idle staff distracting the one attending to my complaint. Spent almost 4hours for just a small update. One thing, the guy that attend to me knows what he is doing.

The customer service was welcoming and fast.
