Good Customer service and a wonderful to work in if youre looking for a progressive work environment that will ensure growth.

MTN office at Falomo, Lagos State is also known as GOP ( meaning Golden Plaza).The scenery is quite catch, especially at night.Around the plaza is a police station, the popular Falomo roundabout and the ferry stationThe gridlock is always heavy in the afternoon.And dont forget to snap a picture once youre there.

The shop at MTN plaza is open every day of the week including Sundays from 12pm-5pm which is super cool. Cool customer service. Parking, security and safety assured within the premises.

At MTN Nigeria Plaza and have been here about four hours without them being able to supply me with a new working sim card. The service is shockingly poor. Sad obviouslyMTN is not interested in customer service.

The customer service is top-notch. The fact that its got a very good parking space is another plus.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Scheduler portal not functioning properly, customer service 0 stars as well. Went down to their office in Ikoyi at 10:30 for my appointment scheduled for 10:40, got attended to BY 4PM!! A waste of a day for something that you should be able to do online. Tried their customer service e-chat and they kept ending the chat before resolving my issue, on top of slow replies. They just enjoy making life harder for you. All this because my MTN sim just stopped working out of the blue, They cause problems for you and put you through hell when you try to fix the problem they caused. Needless to say I am disappointed and unsatisfied!

MTN Nigeria is the biggest telecommunication company in Nigeria, they are network providing company with the highest numbers of customer. MTN Plaza have a drive through, a good parking lot, its a beautiful structure and a good place to be.

I came to this office for a meeting and discovered this amazing building here in Ikoyi. The security check, parking space and car park management is great, the staff are courteous and were able to assist me during my short visit here. The sea view from this building is phenomenal and an amazing vantage position to see Lagos from a different angle. Everyone would love to work here and get motivated by this environment. I would love to visit again.

The building has been closed down since the break out of the Covid-19 pandemic. Before then, MTN Nigeria Communications PLC at Falomo have over hundreds of staff, standard parking space (best in Lagos so far). MTN also donate 5 Cowries (Bar W) + Jetty Terminal to Lagos state. Such a nice office but I have issue with the processing time for customer complaints and request. I spent more than 2 hours just to buy and register a new Sim card.

Beautiful architectural piece. This building stands out in the whole of that area and gives the place a very good view and look. It is a multi story building that had lift for easy movement. The road leading here is very good. There is the presence of security cards and CCTV to ensure security. Safety is also well considered with evidence if fire assembly point and fire extinguisher. The place has both accessible entrances and car park.

I was at the hq office today 25th of November,.coming all the way from ikorodu for a very urgent complain which has been on for a month and nothing was done.l decided to come down myself and was turn back by the security, that hq is not operating on lock down till further notice. I was so sad after spending 4 hours in traffic and getting there got the info of no operation saddened my heart.

Sincerely, i cant say much because i didnt have any business inside the facility. Only passed through, but assessing the visitors main entrance and the premises, I can say for sure that theres CCTV surveillance which guarantees security for both staffs and visitors. Thanks

This building is a 6! Cant see the stars for that. Its beautiful, yellow is bright colour so it gives off this energetic aura. To get inside and upstairs, security is tight. My boss said its like the World Trade Center, lol.Anyway, the building, at least the part of it that I saw, is beautiful. Car park alone is state of the art.

MTN Nigeria Communications office popularly called the Golden Plaza is the major head quarters or head office of MTN Nigeria.It towers high as a significant land mark beside the Falomo bridge, it is a high rise building with a wonderful design and beautiful surroundings.It is a state of the art office overlooking the bridge. It is marked by the nice branding the surroundings with good security and great ambience.
