That center should be decommissioned. After leaving home early, encountering an ill mannered doorman, seating for over an hour outside, a representative looking like she didnt sleep came out to tell us that there was no network.No Network from a network service provider?This is my third visit and it was terrible. I might just have to forget retrieving my sim.

Very horrible experience with a lady with the glasses there, dark in complexion. 0 customer relationship. This was today the 10th of November. I had no choice to condemn the line I went there for and got an even better number with Airtel and lovely experience, taking time to explain things to me with a very calming demeanor.

After a comparative data study between Nigeria and the UK, I can now state that 1G of data purchased in NIGERIA is not the same as 1G in the UK, 1G of data in Nigeria does much less than 1G in the UK. This has been my experience with Airtel and MTN. Such is just another example of business practice in Nigeria.You pay more and get LESS.
