Service is quite satisfactory. I have visited other mtn centers but this is the best for me in terms of speed and ability to resolve issues.The building itself is beautiful and inside is quite comfortable with bright lights and good cooling system.The road leading here is very good with minimal traffic.The security and safety is very good with guards and fire extinguisher in place.Parking lot is also adequate.

Nice place, but line was soooo long, I had waiting time, before been served, of around 3 hours. It was too much. So many people jumping the queue, just entering with car and straight in the shop. Me fool parked outside and came in on foot and placed in the line by security. Probably typical Nigerian style, but cant uderstand been Europian. I should probably dash something to guards and jump the queue, but I wanted to see how long it will take. At the end regret why I did not enter with my driver inside and went straight in. But finaly once served all was fine.

Nice and cozy place. You basically can resolve any issue with your MTN line there. The hall is quite organized (inside). However, you might wanna get there very early if youve got any issues cause of the crowd. And theres no shade for the long queue

There staff are not friendly, lazy and there service is really poor if theres anything less than 1 ⭐ I will have give them very awful service

This is one of MTN Nigerias major customer care outlet, conspicuously nestled in the high brow of Victoria Island on Adeola Odeku with other major players in this sector. My visit here today was amazingly splendid as I was ushered in by uniformed guards at the gate, settled in and was immediately attended to by a well trained and experienced customer care representative. My request was adequately attended to.

Poor customer service. Out of 10 to 12 counters, hardly 3 - 4 counters has representative. When I visited there was no other customers but still I have to wait for half an hour as those 3-4 customer care representative also so busy with their system...!!!?
