This Airtel shop is good place to shop for your mobile needs. When I was there I witnessed how nice the staff were. How they handled matters and their response in those matters were simply soothing. The process of buying a SIM and registering it was as simple as get the SIM fill the form and take a photo. That was all it took to get a SIM card.Thumbs up. Recommend.

I had bought a router from thjs store which malfuntioned within two months. After waiting a while to get in (no thanks to COVID19), the lady I encountered at the store was very inpatient, rude and may do better working at the back end and not in customer care/service.

This Airtel shop looks very good. The staff are very professional with their work and handling customers and customer issues. They are timely and wont waste time unnecessarily. But there seems to be a problem with adequate car parking resource, so youll need to be watchful when driving there, the security personnels are good enough to help out tho. Overall, its a very nice place

You have to queue to be attended to, after collecting a number. Parking is first come first served. Theres only one toilet facility. You may not even finish what you want to do within the hour and may have to wait a day or so to get it done. You have to be patient enough to get your mission accomplished.

Its either the employees at this very office are not proficient or there is a very major issue with airtels biometric system. Whatever service you get done here,so long as it pertains to SIM registration,re-registration,retrieval,porting etc,its as temporal as the wind. Before the sun goes down,the fix must fail.The worst is, going back offers no assurance of permanence.

Not sure whether airtel knows what its doing. Been to this office at least thrice-to register my sim and about 3 months ago when I was asked to update my details which I did. Noticed that my line was disconnected yesterday. Went to the office today. It was a mad house with the crowd. With its very small parking space its really not a nice place to go. I had to leave. Did not have this problem with my Etisalat number - only did the registration once. Will most likely port.
