No longer there!!!! I just wasted my time, money and energy!!!!

I had serious network problems and called customer care. I was asked to go to the nearest experience centre to get a new sim. I got there and found out that my sim had been registered in another name. I was surprised. I asked how to resolve it and was told I had to find the person and get them to do an affidavit from the high court. I just crossed over into the airtel store across and ported. I cant coman kill myself because of someone elses stupidity
