You people are still fixing money that I send to someone and didn’t give me my product I purchased for sending him that money. With all the evidence and proof. You still can’t do anything about it up till now. Secondly I make a transfer to another recipient account which money has been debited from me and the recipient won’t get it and yet I have gotten my phone full with notifications of money sent is still processing. What kind of trash is that for crying out loud.Get my money refund to me or else I’m going to report your app to Google and they going to take it down.

Since February this year, my Netflix payment has been processed by another company without issues, until July renewal was processed by Flutterwave 3 weeks ago and till date, my subscription is still pending. Debit has been passed to my account since 7th, and Netflix is yet to get the fund or renewed my subscription. I tried raising a dispute and feedback from the Flutterwave site shows that a dispute already exists, no mention of who raised it or when it would be closed since Access Bank and Netflix are disclaiming responsibilities for the debit. So, where in the world is my money? How do I get me service restored or get my money back since I cant claim the fund from Access Bank, get my subscription running from Netflix or raise dispute for the said transaction with Flutterwave? To cap it all, no phone number to reach Flutterwave on. Which company doesnt have, at least, a voice to its customer service offerings in 2021?

Contacted the support team over a registration issue, and had it resolved speedily. Would have given 5 stars if I was able to use the live chat feature. But all in all, great customer service team.

I only recently started using barter and I must say I’ve been totally won over. I don’t even bother using my other banking apps to carry out any transactions. The barter app is very easy to navigate and it has a lot of features you don’t see on other regular apps. Who knew you could send through WhatsApp? Awesome! And this is just one of many other interesting features. Trying out barter is of the best decisions I’ve made in recent times and I would totally recommend it to anyone.

Rave & Lekki ng is nothing but a conn. Also known as Flutterwave. They have stolen my money and not given my any reference information to enable me to reclaim my money. My personal Bank alledge that the international rules require evidence of an attempted reclaim, but how can I make a reclaim when I have no information of the transaction? Do not have any dealings with RAVE or Lekki ng as they will just steal your money.
