Uber greenlight is an easy place to locate, the whole environment is serene and quite safe, if youre driving, you will be allowed to park for free for the first 30mins then the additional time spent after that will be charged. The Uber office is on the 2nd floor and you will be instantly attended to immediately you get there. No time wasted at all

I like this place. Theyre very efficient in the way they attend to people. I met a very large crowd once on a queue spilling into the mall corridors to get in, and it wasnt a long wait before everyone was moved along and could get in to be attended to.

You only get 30 minutes free parking after which you pay ₦250 up to 1.5hrs, then the fee goes up further after. Toilets are in the mall, as well as restaurants. Uber should have an agreement with the mall for free parking for their staff or customers on appointments for at least 2hrs

I was sent an email saying I didnt pass their 30min online test. A test I was told had no right or wrong answers. I wasnt accepted as a driver and I couldnt get a re-test or re-screening because it wasnt available in their area.

Due to a high level of poverty in Nigeria Uber have enjoyed a more than normal patronage from local drivers resultantly, the company have lost value and respect for the drivers. Staffs are super arrogant, and drivers account are blocked arbitrarily.
