This is Police Officers Wifes Association (POWA) set of shops. Shops were built and sold for the purpose of selling basic items for home use.

If not for the barbing salon that I visited here often, I wouldnt have been here for anything because of those guys selling weeds and stuffs, its so disheartening that such ppl stays around a police Barack and nothing is been done
