Its OK for what it is. A small office complex. No frills whatsoever. Its very well located in surulere, just off the main road giving very good access to the rest of the city. Island one way, the rest of the mainland the other. Its also very close to the famous Iponri market and of course the high streets in surulere - Bode Thomas, etc. Theres very decent parking up front, and alternative power works, on what looks like an individual basis.

This have long been turned to purely office complex, located at one end of Bode Thomas Street in Surulere. Its got beautiful parking space which Im thinking is the reason the rents are just so high...The only attraction I see is the parking space and I think its effectively serviced for its occupants and averagely well secured I just add.

Well, I dont know if people still come here in droves like before, but the place looks dry and free of bustling business activities compared to other shopping complexes.
