I requested a service from Pilgrims for the 31st of May, they made an offer of NGN190K and insisted I paid immediately (and before the service). Payment was made this morning (Tuesday 28th May), only for them to send an email, after I had executed payment, that they had made a mistake and would charge me NGN78K higher. This is not the first time Pilgrims has done this and I will no longer accept this nonsense from them. On the basis of this, I am taking a principled stance to take them to the Lagos small claims court, not only for a full refund but for damage, as I now have to make last minute efforts to arrange this service - wasting my valuable time and creating an unnecessary aggravation. Time the Nigerian consumer starts standing up for itself.
