Initially I wasnt going to write a review, but after what I went through at this place,I think it is only right I talk about my experience so other people dont face the same.The receptionist took our money to leave the gen on for 3 hours, but only left it on for 1:30 mins. When we compla ined, she told us that she called our room to tell us, and I said it was okay(this was a big lie)When we asked for a refund, she told us that she couldnt refund our money and that she even helped us, ususally she doesnt leave the gen on for that long.She. we asked to speak to the manager, she lied that he was out of town, and she didnt have his number, until someone else told her to give us his number and he would be coming by later that night.The supervisor on ground called us liars for saying we didnt receive a call, belittled the money we had spent, compared us to customers that spent more, and literally gave us the finger.If i had a little more money tbh, I would have taken the matter to the police station. We worked hard for our money and we shouldnt be treated like trash. Google, do something about this please, we found the place through your rating system
