Its a lovely restaurant with nice food, polite staff and lovely cozy ambience. Food came out fast and everything tasted great.Ill definitely be back.

This is a very nice restaurant, they have a seriously pretty space and the food is nice also. Unlike most Lagos restaurants who only care about their aesthetic, they put effort into how the food tastes and how their space looks so, big ups to them.The lighting is great everywhere, they even have outdoor space too where you can eat. I don’t know if they allow children, I went during office hours on a work day, I also didn’t need a reservation.The waitstaff are extremely courteous and super helpful, down to the security guys. The pricing is very fair, my herb chicken was 5000, the pasta was about 6000, I think.Their cocktails start from 4000. So with about 10k, you’ll have a nice meal.

Great space, perfect for birthdays and things of that nature. About 3 people had their birthdays there when I visited and the restaurant gave free dessert to each celebrant and free shots for everyone on their table.I particularly enjoyed the chicken wings and my friend enjoyed the pork burger. She didn’t like the activated charcoal burger buns in one of the burgers.I enjoyed my meal but the dessert; it wasn’t what I envisioned.Generally, it was worth my time & money.I will give Vanilla Moon a solid 8/10.

This restaurant is a great place to go on a date with a friend. The decor is very well done and the restaurant has a great vibe to it.What I loved about this place was that the service was very good and quick. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. I had the calamari as my starter and the braised lamb stew for my main. Both dishes were exquisite. Also, they prepared an impromptu birthday cake for me... thanks guys ☺️You will definitely not be wasting your money here. It’s worth it!

Vanilla Moon for me, is one of those places I’ve had on my list for a while. Had a group hangout and we had a menu tailored to us. There was quite a lot going on with the aesthetics. I didn’t particularly like the food I had, which was jollof rice and chicken with plantain. Maybe it is a personal aversion, but I didn’t like the chicken. I wasn’t sure what it was meant to be. The black pepper sauce that came with it didn’t make a difference. The chocolate milkshake on the other hand, tasted amazing.Asides from the food, the customer service is great and they sang happy birthday and we got a birthday cake for a co-worker. So sweet!

Honestly, I can’t fault this place.The setting , ambience, food, price, drink, everything was good.The service as well , the waiter was so helpful and he sure knows his stuff.Parking however might be an issue.

This was average and at least I ate half of it.This pasta cost 7,500naira and the orange juice cost 1,500naira.The ambiance is a 10/10 for me, it’s too cute and I recommend 100%The customer service 8/10.

The ambience is amazing. Good aesthetics. I had the fish and chips, the fish was a 1/10 for me. It was too salty and barely tasted good. I guess it was a bad day for them. We got free glass wine as their anniversary was on that day. The pineapple juice was freshly squeezed and amazing. My friend had jollof and plantain, which she didn’t like either. It didn’t taste so good. I love the cool music in the background and their waiters are friendly and super nice. I won’t mind visiting again but trying out something else in the menu.

Vanilla moon has an indoor and outdoor seating.It’s also spacious so things like birthday parties, any celebration wouldn’t be a problem in this place. It’s a go to for dates also.Another eye catching thing in this restaurant are the lights above the tables.It’s also instagramable if you’re there for mainly the surroundings or there for both food and surroundings ⚡️

Vanillla Moon is a nice and simple place to unwind in a cool evening. If you are not the type that likes crowded place then this is a good place for you. They have both indoor and outdoor space to dine. I recommend the Classic Herb Roast Chicken with mash potatoes, greens & gravy on their Menu anytime. Besides, you can replace the mash potatoes with french fries if you want.

Im giving it a 3 star because of its beautiful ambience and decor. However, I took away 2 stars because of the meal was under seasoned and not incorporated properly. I had the Herb Chicken Breast and fries. It looked delicious no doubt but I am not sure the chef got the right component to go with the Herb chicken. The Chicken was not well seasoned and the black pepper sauce which was supposed to add some extra touch to the dish was bland. Im not sure Black peppercorn sauce should be eaten with Chicken in the first place. Its best eaten with Steak or any beef menu. The fries was just regular nothing fancy. The side salad was a paltry plate of washed lettuces drizzled with olive oil...bleh. I have had better side salads. I think the only thing I would say I enjoyed was the complimentary bread. It was delicious and fresh with different types of butter. They also had quirky looking kinds of bread as well....some dark while others seeded and plain.I think the chef should look for the right or alternative sauce to go with Chicken as that Black peppercorn sauce is not it at all. The meal was bland. I may visit again soon to try other dishes and see if hopefully they get it right.

My new fav spot in Lagos, every time I go, I try something different and never regret it. Food is good, staff are actually too of the crop in this city- whoever trained/hired them needs a medal. I love places that can handle large groups, without getting disorganized or confused, and this place can. Lovely for date night or after work shenanigans.

Yes this was an epic experience. The burgers I ordered came in a trio. I felt that. We were about 20 and the staff seemed very capable of attending to the lot of us. I definitely recommend

Vanilla Moon is an exquisite restaurant. Nicely adorned and beautiful with a lot of greenery. The staff are courteous and customer service is top notch. Vanilla moon has a beautiful ambience for groups and also for couples and singles. There is also an outdoor courtyard where you can relax and get served too. The food is tasty, delicious and affordable.There is a car park 🏞 at the entrance of the restaurant and security guard stationed outside for safety.

Vanilla Moon is a nice restaurant/hangout spot. The decor is trendy and modern and it had both indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Price-wise, its what youd expect from the usual island restaurant - not overly expensive but not cheap either. The staff were attentive and responsive and the food and cocktails were on point. Its a nice setting for couple or group outings.The only reason for my 4 rating is on the day of my visit, someone (I assume he was the manager) was showing some guests around (seemed like they were discussing either renovation details or sitting arrangements) and kept pointing directly at our table. We found this both very intrusive and inappropriate, they shouldve known better.

First of the staff are so friendly. The place is beautiful at night with fairy lights and everything. Great music too. The food is amazing. I loved the white rice and curry sauce,lamb chops and steak.You should visit.

I loved vanilla moon, the food was delicious, the chef was so sweet and made sure I was ok, the waiters were very attentive and familiar with the menu. Had lunch and it was just amazing. The ambience and overall set up is clean and chic, loved the outdoor space too. You can also have small parties there. The bread basket is another thing altogether. The lamb was the best Ive had in a while.

The ambience at Vanilla Moon is upscale, I love that theres a bar area to chill for less formal dining or casual drinks, proper dining area and some outside space for that easy evening breeze. Overall an amazing experience.

This is the first place in lagos where i found authentic European cuisineGarlic bread - the way they make the garlic bread is different than others. The cheese and the garlic paste is in between the bread so with every bite you can actually taste all the flavours of cheese and garlic.Burger sliders - it is a unique concept of charcoal based bread they serve for the the burger. The burger had a filling of leafy vegetables patty , the standard aloo patty and one with a broccoli patty.Margarita rustica - pizza here they serve is in oval shape. Tomato and basil had it taste. You could get that taste even on the crust of it.Poutine - imo poutine was a bit dry. They could have made it better. The poutine should be covered with cheese and mayonnaise but it was to dryRainbow salad - i am not a fan of salad , but i tried it tho. They served just freshly chopped rainbow color vegetables. Could have been better with dressing over it.Penne arrabbiata - This is the place if you wanna taste authentic pasta. THE RED SAUCE PASTA was sumptuous. The tomato paste and chllis were perfectly blended with the pasta giving a perfect taste to itLast but not the leastCheesecake biscoff - i dont know about other places but i jave had the best cheese cake here. That tenderness of cheesecake and the taste of it , it was lovelyThere might be very good meat and chicken options as i am vegetarian i am sorry cannot help you with that.Overall i had a good experience at this place . I had a comforting and pleasant ambiance where the stewards were very helpful and jolly.

So I’m not quick to give a 5 star, but Vanilla Moon certainly ticks all the boxes, so why not... that Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli has to be tasted, because it can’t be explained. Hoping and wishing the current standards are maintained or improved. I’ll definitely recommend if great food and a lovely ambience is your thing.

Beautiful venue with lots of space and light. Great ambience with attentive waiters. The food was decent, although as a new restaurant, there are some kinks that need to be ironed out - more explicit descriptions on the menu. I liked the place but Im not sure Ill go back.The cocktails need some improvement, but staff were happy to exchange the drinks. The owner/manager asked for feedback which is also a good sign that theyre willing to learn and improve.Total bill for 3 was around N65,000.We had starters, a main, a cocktail and a shared dessert. Dessert was probably my least favourite thing.Recommendations:-Gambas prawns in Garlic and chilli-Lamb (braised)-The prawn starter in mushroom sauceCould be better: The baby chicken was actually an escalope/schnitzel.

Very quaint place tucked in VI.With a lovely garden and patio for outdoor dining.Make one of the best most delicious Negronis in town.The food menu needs to accommodate brunch menu since they are located close to places that have Brunches. A champagne brunch would look good at this place with guests spilling over outside.My only issue is with insects - flies and mosquitoes. They need to fumigate on the regular.

We settled to stay outside.However, I had stepped in, and absolutely loved how it looked like.It’s reminds me a lot of one of my fav restaurants. VERY CLEAN SPACE!It’s beautiful and looks like a restaurant, in a city filled with restaurants that look like lounges.Their outdoor space feels more like a lounge,very nice. There was great music and I was definitely feeling the vibe.Service was prompt.I ordered their calamari for starters and I must say, the way this calamari tasted was the reason I did not eat.I love calamari, but this one......it had a puff puff like taste on the outside, with the calamari resting on the inside with a very bland taste.My partner was settling with the bread basket as I was hungry and wanted to leave to eat elsewhere.And while their bread basket tasted divine, it wasn’t enough to save my calamari experience.My waiter had suggested a cocktail, and I cannot for the life of me remember the name but it tasted great.Hopefully when I come here again, their chef does a better job, and I can update my review.TLTS Great Ambience, not so great calamari

The ambience is more beautiful at night, if youre not adventurous with food stick to what you know, I ordered their spicy spaghetti and didnt like the taste, their Oreo Moon shake is wonderful but make sure you tell them to serve with whipped cream if u want one tho. Also their Air conditioner is on point, youll tend to get cold quickly, their staffs are very attentive and courteous. They have a private space for a get together like engagement dinner,birthday dinner, which u can decorate also. The only downside is their convenience, they only have one toilet each for ladies and Gents which is very poor for their standard. Above all it was a delightful experience.

Pan European cuisine (mix of french, Italian and Spanish). Some of the food was very good (the mushroom cappuccino, the pork ribs). The lobster bisque was a bit bland, a subtle flavour does not have to mean bland (but then Ive never been a big fan of anything lobster). The beef fettuccine was okay, big portion but didnt wow me. Took the rest home, lets see if it tastes good in the morning!I dont know what jollof rice was doing on such a menu. It looks too random and fact is you cant target/please everyone.Some of the sides and tapas are not well priced in my opinion. The spinach shouldnt be 1500, I know spinach shrinks but it was too small for that price. Also we felt a bit cheated on the calamari portion wise vs price.The decor is nice inside and out, service decent although one of the waiters was a bit slow (we had to repeat our request for lemon in our water 3 times).Its still quite new so lets give it some time but its somewhere Id go again.
