Lovely Spot in Lekki.Just had one of the best Nkwobi Ive had in a while. They seem to favour Igbo dishes and thats amazing.Love the cultural heritage right here in Lagos.Thats beautiful to see.If youre an Igbo man or woman, you wont regret coming here. And if youre non Igbo, dont hesitate to give this a try.Lovely dining experience
Fantastic Resturant to enjoy authentic Igbo/Eastern Nigerian Cuisine! The meals here are 10/10. The soup bowls are large and portions are big! The soups are very tasty, nicely spiced and give the authentic home cooked meal feeling.Service here is good, the server was polite and quick to respond. Food took about 20 minutes to be ready. It tasted very fresh. The Resturant is easy to locate, it’s just after a mall/plaza. Parking here is fair as well.
Its a well run establishment, with a wide variety of Igbo treats.
Its always nice to visit this spot, a cool place to relax with pals. Their menu and food is rich and affordable.I always go for their platter and cocktail whenever I visit with pals. You can try it, worth every penny.
It was a pleasure coming here for dinner with a couple of friends. The reception was fantastic and the staffs were very accommodating / professional and management was awesome. The food and drinks for which we came was great and coupled with the environment, it almost felt like home. Plus we did get served chilled palm wine as offering from the management ( how many places can you get free glasses of palm wine in Lagos ?) that goes to show how welcomed we were.I surely do suggest that you give them a try and hopefully you’d not be disappointed.
Nice ambience, environment and friendly staff. The food is nice and request are fulfilled perfectly (asked for no pepper at all as menu described items as “spicy” and they arrived just as I wanted it).Virgin strawberry daquiri was very nice, 4/5I would definitely recommend and I would certainly return. Thanks
Diluted Palm-wine, 2 rating because the ambience is nice, the village settings look
Good junction for your mini entertainment and fun creative.Quite a good restaurant with a nice dish served.
The Junction is a nice restaurant, the staff is courteous and the food tastes great. The ambiance is okay, it could be better. They should work on the door leading to their convenience as it gets stuck and proves a hazard. The menu is reasonably priced, and the food is mostly your traditional Igbo/Nigerian cuisine. You should try the drink called The Junction Pecker, it’s really nice, strong and you’ll definitely want more.
This was very pleasant experience. The food was great and it’s a very cozy restaurant. Decent portion sizes too. Affordable priced for lekki phase 1 too.
The vibe at The Junction Restaurant is perfect for good times and good food. I visited twice in a row and it was fun. Their contemporary decor creates an atmosphere that is modern with a homey vibe. I absolutely love the wooden utensils wall inside the restaurant and the beautiful outdoor patio. I met the owner on my first visit and I got a very warm welcome. Definitely worth a revisit.#LagosLivingLagosLovingCasual Dining ✅Lovely Ambiance ✅Good Food✅Good Service✅Very Friendly and Courteous Staff✅Highly Recommend
Their Abacha and local jellof rice is not your mate...very tasty..the price is not that bad too. Its a place where you can go with family and Friends. The palm wine isnt so good, please work on it. Then the Virgin Colada punch 😘. Nice one! the Junction...
Yea, if you love native cuisines. This is the answer. Just drive in and enjoy yourself and thank me later.. 😂😂😂
If you want native food (palm wine, nkwobi, abacha, etc)...then you should visit this place. Food takes a while to get ready as I think it is being prepared freshly, but it was worth the wait. It is not a fast food restaurant.
Lovely food, good ambiance ... Enjoyed the abacha (African Salad) that I had.
They need to work on their staffs!! Meals take too long.1:30min??? That’s too poor! But I loved their Nkwobi very delicious
Nice food, great staff. Really enjoyed my time there
Awesome place with natural interior decoration finishings.
If you need to eat fresh, well made Igbo dishes in Lagos, then you should totally visit. I had pounded yam and Ofe-nsala. What really amazed me, is the large portions served. Totally worth the money. Also, try the mmanya junction (house cocktail), its highly recommended.
No very nice experience. Customer service and coordination was very poor. But their drinks are exceptional
Went really well. Nice ambience, the waiters were nice and professional, the food was also lovely.
If you are looking for where to eat proper igbo food in Lagos, here is a restaurant that caters properly for that.
Love their oxtail bites
Situably located for your convenience and enjoyment
I love the ambience ,the staffs are polite and nice and lovely homemade like food...a must visit next time
Lovely place to eat local igbo dishes. I love the interior decor. You should try their meals especially grilled cat fish and oha soup.
For the authentic Igbo cuisine and taste, this is the place.
Im surprised I just discovered The Junction Restaurant. The food here is perfect, from the freshly made pounded yam, to the delicious variety of soups and other meals to choose from. The onugbu soup is bliss, and, oh, the fresh palmwine took me back home. I had fun hanging out here with my crew and delighting our taste buds. Did I mention that the prices are pocket friendly too?I totally recommend this place for anyone in search of fine dining for locally made food in the heart of Lekki.
Lovely ambience, really really good food and prompt service. The volume of the music was moderate allowing people to converse normally and not having to shout. A nice place for a date out with a loved one or for a group outing like birthdays or meet ups. I hope they maintain their quality and the place stands the test of time.
I forgot i was hungry, 2hrs + delivery, then please come with POS sounds like a problem. Hungry man had to look for cash first even after meeting the back flipped (acrobatic) meal as reported by the serviette with oil all over it.Meal one on point, meal two on point until... the dried fish. I just couldnt have it (me, a lover of fish worldwide). I dont mind paying a lab to explain this to me.I always would give a service provider a second and third review. But this one can only get one more review. Second fish on the way lets pray, since 1515hrs Lagos Time.
Portion sizes? Beautiful. Food? Authentic. Prices? Affordable. Staff? Attentive. Ambience? Laidback. What more could you ask for in the busy heart of Lagos?
Food is 3 star as per not that bad. Service is slower than the snails they serve. And those are dead snails so that says a lot.
Looks like they are dropping their standards
Delicious food. Especially local jellof rice
Good foods and kind service
Delicious meals are served here
Great spot! Lovely service and local cuisine at its best
Large food bowls but overly spicy with loads of raw pepper in each meal. They should indicate or give a notice about these things before you place your order.
Love the restaurant. Amazing meals
Good food but not a good service. Loud and slow staffs
Nice ambience, matured crowd, quality local dish
I really wanted to like The Junction. The signage was classy and the location is excellent. Yes, its a local restaurant, but even that has its appeal. Yet, the signs were there - untidy surroundings, and a dyed haired, badly dressed security guard set the tone right from the entrance. How can you get Isi Ewu wrong at an ibo joint? Sacrilege! And then the toilets didnt flush. Its got bags of potential, but the small details need to be addressed. Cant recommend unfortunately.
The isi ewu is actually nice cause that’s what I had,but the delayed service is actually something they need toWork on!! Takes a while before you’re served, maybe cause the food is prepared on the spot but generally, the place is nice,A Local restaurant indeed!
Their palm wine and abacha/Ugba is fantastic! Try their dishes.
The Restaurant is of standard and the price list is just ok.
Good food. Bad service and flies.
Good ambience and well situated, albeit not enough attention to detail. The meals ordered (Egusi / Nsala Soup served with Assorted / Turkey and Pounded Yam) were of poor value. The Egusi Soup was a tad watery, not tasty and the Assorted pieces were measly. However the Pounded Yam was actually pounded Yam. Kudos. The liquid soap container was an apparition for a restaurant of that class and location, I found that deplorable. My bill took at least 30 minutes to show up.Not a place I’d visit again for a meal, perhaps for a drink.
Good place
Lovely environment, good Palm wine and fresh food👍
Tasty and affordable ibo native meals, conducive environment.
Food was great. Love the chicken cooked with vegetable.Nice ambience.Isiewu was well made too.May come again with friends.
They had nice edibles and drinks, it was everything expected, although their service was slow.
Wonderful place for evening hangout within Lekki phase 1
The ambience was fantastic and the food was really delicious. They prepare the food as you order.
The local Nigerian food here is really good! I enjoyed my meal, would definitely recommend.
Cool joint for local foods
Amazing Goat head (ise Ewu)
I loved the theme and decor of this restaurant. The plants indoor and outdoor was a good call as it amped the aesthetics. I enjoyed the Isiewu I ordered, but could be better
This is a place to hang out. Rest room is wonderfully clean. Alacart prepared food om request. Fresh palm wine from the east on a daily basis. Great decor in and out. A little be of clumsiness in service but a great place to be.
Good food and reception
You will definitely love this place plus they have plan wine too.
Great ambience. Decor is very nice, local vibes tastefully done 👌. Host was very welcoming, polite and attentive; invited me for the free wine tasting going on. Music playing in the background is not loud enough to intrude on conversation. People seemed happy to be there so that was an indication for me. Outdoor sitting area is also very trendy and attractive. Haven’t ordered yet but the aroma from the kitchen wafting out is already tickling my nose. Will report back after I order. Nicely done 👍
Great hangout spot with good food and drinks. You can enjoy the ambience indoors or just chill outside, same quality service! Prices are good too.
Love the food so hot
Calm environment quite alright, the abacha was quite salty, got tired and bored quite easily, guess it was too much for me 😔
The environment is totally breathtaking. the CEO isn’t just a good businessman but his passion for what he does is amazing.. then lastly , the African delicacy are to die for . I totally love it here.
Best restaurant I have visited in a long time. Courteous service. Superb food in massive portions to price. Love it!
An amazing place to chill after a hard days work. The assorted native dishes are so delicious and attractive. A place to visit!
