Just an average restaurant. Good for quick eat. Its usually hot inside. They could do better to improve on their services.

The food is not nice at all. Their ice cream, distasteful. Mans Cass used to be one of the best top restaurants, maybe they got mismanaged. I hope they reclaim their lost glory someday soon

Awesome eatery, their snacks are way tastier than the food. The eatery has glass windows so you can get a great view of the surroundings. It is also a popular spot to wait for someone 😃

Its an eatery well known for local cuisine especially calabar soups. The prices are moderate. The food is good. The service quality is not fantastic. The air conditioning is usually on the low side. They exhibit the perennial challenge of no change. The conveniences are adequate. The parking lot is also adequate.

Mama Cass is a popular eatery and it is as good as any other standard restaurants in town. This particular branch is within NNPC Filling Station, in Palmgrove, opposite Palmgrove Estate, along Ikorodu expressway.I was there to buy food and I was well served. It has space for relaxation

The eatery is well located at a busy vicinity by a landmark bus stop, Palmgroove, it inside an NNPC filling station. The meals are affordable and the place is cool. Parking lot available with security. Accessible through Shipeolu for those in somolu and through the pedestrian bridge for those opposite at ilupeju axis.

The coconut rice I had had stones in it but it was sweet sha.

Mama cass is located at the fuel station at Palm grooove bus stop, the sell food, snacks and cakes. My last visit there was all friendly although the jollof rice was definitely one of the best I have had in restaurants but the environment wasnt friendly, it was hot no fan no air conditioner which made ambience not friendly.

As I was eating with my sister yesterday to my surprise a man came from no were to meet us and asking for gift money 💰 my sister give him 400 I too give him 500 because we dont now who is outside to attack us if we dont give immediately the man get out from the restaurant I call the security asking him why u people allow such to enter and be asking people money pls I will advise the authority to plsss take care of the place and look at the people the enter the restaurant if there mission is not to eat pls tell them to go out from the place for security purposes yesterday I was sooo afraid the food is delicious meal but u need a good security and attendant position who is coming to eat than to just came in and begging for help ( money 💰 )

At least twice I have bought faulty food here, they really need better management, they have the best location coupled with the design, their food is fair but not the best they surely can get better. The standard here is lowered each time I come back. Sometimes no light. Or there’s light no AC. Or no moimoi at 1pm? Sometimes no POS. You have to use the atm outside to get cash to pay. Always one issue or the other. Then the noise that filters in...

This review is based on my own experiences here, so it may be different from what you get.The food is relatively okay, however, the settings need to be renovated. The chairs are old and faded.The food handlers need re-orientation on customer services and food handlings. The Air conditioners and Television are always off.I believe Mama Cass would want to compete and maybe overtake other major restaurants in Nigeria, however, they need to work on these major things as soon as possible.

Nice place to have a quick bite. Located inside NNPC filling station and its quite small and neat. You can get different swallow, soup and vegetables, salad, rice, pastries and more. Prices are reasonable and the AC is so chilling. Generally will rate this place fair.

Very cool location, its spacious and cozy. It has a fuel station next to it. They have pastries, cakes, ice cream and soda but no alcohol. I ordered their fried rice and fried chicken, it was tasty. They were out of soups and other food options when I got there hence the 4 stars.

The Ambience was cosy, average for convenience and relaxation, however the meals are good

It was hot (AC not working). I had to be given extra tissue to dampen my sweats. The food was nonsense and worse still no place to plug anything.

Just okay if you want a simple meal. Location makes it accessible from multiple road trails. Okay service. Desserts and Snacks not impressive.

I like the dinner, its comfortable to eat in. even though they microwave the meals it sometime never comes warm, the need to refurbish the chairs and table as they look worn out, old and tired. The meals are tasty but theres room for improvement. The waiters are courteous. So Im gonna give them 3 stars because they need to improve

Bad hospitality. A lady shouted at me to close the door behind me on my visit to mama Cass, palmgrove. No security at the door to open and close the door. I went to use restroom, still shouted at one of the staff for opening the toilet for me. I later found out that she is the manager wearing hairnet on duty and so unprofessional. She needs to be cautioned

One of the major fastfood joint at Palm Groove Area of Lagos State. Good ambience but the toilet needs to be clean at all time and the customer service isnt the best. There needs to be a lot of improvement from the management.

A very good fast food restaurant at a unique center of the mainland accompanied a filling station and auto-mobile workshop.

I cant understand these people. I ordered a salad and to be honest, it is the worst salad I have ever had in my life. I couldnt even eat it. Soggy cabbage, soggy carrots, poorly cut. Very distasteful and the worst value for money in my entire life

Its on a prime location, easy get in and get, the snacks are okay at a reasonable price but the food needs extra care, the setting and decoration needs improvement and daily maintenance. Bad customer service and poor maintenance
