Well to me, first they need a better signage outside so you identify them the location easily. Then I think they need do more acoustic treatment in the place. If you are at the reception you can fully hear what is going on as if the door is open. Also if the engineer can be flexible to clients request on patching then they could be a great place than what they are presently.But in all its a good place to be.
