Paid him money for property search. For one month he neither referred any property to me nor refunded my money. He ignores all my messages for a refund; does not pick or return his calls. I am still asking for my money hoping that he refunds it. Not recommended for business.

Bad experience, paid N5,000 for registration but the agent never followed through. It has been a month now and he only showed me a couple of houses for maybe 2 days. Nothing else after that. Find another agent if you are serious aboit your house search.
