Modern, standard, sizeable residential estate, well laid out plan, on the whole (although there has been a little deviation from the model ,more recently, which I think is being tackled by the estate planners and managers). All the usual facilities, such as shops (supermarkets, grocers, boutiques,etc), restaurants and other eateries, within and around the estate. One among quite a cluster of estates in the area .

I attended for a birthday party and it was amazing.But it got flooded sometime last year. and people had to canoe home or live outside their homes for weeks!it was absolutely unbelievable!

Lonex Gardens is a modern residential estate on the border of Lagos and Ogun State. There are fully developed houses for rent and sale, and there are also plots of land for sale.The estate has well developed roads and street lights, with adequate security and other facilities.
