Its a place where Yellow fever vaccination is given. You can register and pay online N2,000 before going there and you can also pay there but it is N2,800 including transaction charges and processing fees. They have friendly staff and their services are quick. You have to eat before taking the vaccine so it is advisable to eat before going because a plate of food at the restaurant is N500 and a bottle of drink is N200.

This is a government health facility.Location: here can be easily located without stress: if you approach the airport road from Oshodi expressway, take a right turn leading to airport road. Pass through the Airport toll gate; immediately after the toll gate, this facility is to your right. A toll gate fee is around NGN 200 - 300.Approaching through the International airport road from Ikeja past the Domestic Airports, this facility is at the neck of the Airport toll gate to your left. *no toll fee payment. You can get most of the vaccinations 💉 here. The Yellow Fever vaccination and the E-Yellow Card are available here. The staff are polite though you may have to spend considerable time waiting depending on the purpose of your visit.Main entrance is wheelchair 🦼 accessible. There is visitor’s car park, and visitor’s toilet 🚽 immediately after the main gate.

Asides the sometimes arrogance of the attending nurses, the service delivery at this government facility is one of my most pleasant experiences at any government institution. By the way, the lady nurses are very hard working and visibly do not tolerate any form of corrupt practices. Good experience so far for me with the conversion of my old yellow card to the new e-Yellowcard.

Port Health service simply implies Airport Health services. Its a whole building before the Toll gate which major purpose is to provide medical services in and around the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. The environment is well kept clean. The security men at the gate post where accommodating as well and they are diligent in discharging their duties. Theirs an ample space for vehicles to park. Also, their is a wheelchair accessible road which is expected of a medical facility. The Port Health staff are highly professional in carrying out their duties, very good communication skills, renders listening ear to everyones complain and attends to them in every possible way they could. One of the basic responsibilities of the Port Health service is to issue the vaccination cards to intending travelers, before which the travel would have been given oral polio vaccine and Yellow fever vaccine. The purpose of which is to immunize the intending the traveler from both disease and contracting them during his journey. The services of the port health is not limited to just issuance of vaccination cards, every other medical activities are carried out as well such as treatment from all manners of sickness such as malaria, typhoid, Tuberculosis, fever etc.

Government matter! The delays and drag can be very frustrating but then patience is needed to get what you want here. Important travel health services available here. Yellow card for travellers is available here. The online part of the yellow card application is quite easy and straight to the point. I think theyre under staffed hence the delays in taking vaccines and delivering the yellow card. Im sure things with her better.

The only problem I had was getting there. Once you get to oshodi find your way to naco bus stop, from there enter a cab to airport n tell the driver you are dropping at yellow fever vaccine building. Meanwhile, register online at their website(check google) pay 2000 naira, print out the receipt, photocopy the biodata page of your passport and eat prior going. Once you have done all that,it takes less than 30 minutes to get the vaccine and the card.Oh the nurse that attended to me was sweet. She was all smiles

It was a surprisingly seamless experience with really helpful staff members. To get an e-yellow card, simply pay on the website and come to the Port Health Office- a government facility (at the international airport wing, Ikeja Lagos) with a printout of the payment receipt and a photocopy of your passport data page. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. From immunization to the card collection. Social distancing procedures were also strictly adhered to with nose masks mandatory to enter the building.Be sure to eat before you take the shot as you may feel slightly woozy but the effect is minimal and short lived. It’s a bit far away especially for people who live probably on the island so I’ll advice that you don’t drive (you can take the bus or an Uber if you prefer) especially on Mondays and Fridays as the access routes experience heavy traffic on these days. I drove and it took me about 4 hours plus to return back to the island on a Friday. 🤦‍♀️Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Very efficient work being done by the staff... Now they operate a pickup system, which basically means returning the next day to pickup the card..., it is pretty effective, I arrived by 8am, wrote my name and received the Injection very quickly, then the next day I returned and picked up my Yellow Card... Hassle free experience.. Very impressed

Prompt services. Friendly staff. Very unlike the reports most have of civil service offices and their staff. Shout out to Mr Samuel and Mr Lawrence, both of whom attended to us, and the lady who administered the injections (didnt catch her name). They were exceptional.

If you want to get your Yellow Fever card, ensure you have a couple of days to kill. Got there 6am and the place was full! They said they only attend to 100 people daily, and those 100 are not 100% sure they’ll get their card the same day. The staff was friendly, just fast and pray before going!

I spent less than 10minutes. The officers were polite and made sure you got your vaccination irrespective of whatever fairytale, cock and bull story you came up with. (They are all ladies by the way :-). I paid N1000 official fee. No one solicited for nor asked me for anything more. This is the Nigeria I am proud of.

This is your typical government parastatal. Dilapidated facilities however staff were quite courteous. This is where you can get your yellow card in Lagos. You need to get there early in the morning as requests are no longer attended to from about 2pm.
