Their power was out abs they had no back up power. Had to go elsewhere after a 2 hour wait. I heard it was restored later but it soiled my expertise there was nothing else to rate.Having been to other branches, I know they fo good work, however.

The studio24 outlet is conspicuously located on Sylvia Crescent, Anthony village, Lagos. It is directly opposite GTBank. All roads leading to the outlet are very good.

Professional and excellent service

Im not impressed at Studio 24 service at this outlet. Customer service is poor. I wasnt informed of the 24/48 hours timeline for delivery. I went back after 24 hours and was told it will be sent to my mail. Its almost 72 hours and Im yet to receive a call or reason why my job hasnt been sent. Bad!

Good reception and cordial staff however poor delivery.I was told it would take 24hrs to deliver my pictures which I intended using in my family Christmas e-cards... It now past 24hrs, no pictures no updates and they are not picking up their calls.The primary purpose of snapping is now defeated since Christmas is tomorrow.If you cant meet deadline, update and inform the customer. I just hope the pictures will be worth it when they finally send it.

Customer service is zero. I was told the pictures will be ready in 24 hours. This is 72 hours after, no pictures. Called customer care number severally with no definite help. Please improve on your customer service.

Its still a good place to record and make memories. Make up artist on ground. Nice and patient photographers

Comfortable and the staff were very polite.

The generator/power supply is unreliable. It was a frustrating experience for me; my booked photo session was a waste of time,effort and money despite the efforts of the photographer. And the backdrop needs to be improved on.

Studio 24 has a good standard when it comes to photography

A very nice studio that is creating waves in Lagos presently... The location is centre to the environment... Either coming in or going out of Anthony.It is state of Art facility and have mannered professional staffs.There is space for parking and their prices are very reasonable.
