I visited this studio with my colleagues for a quick headshot for senior management profile. I must say that Studio 24 has slowly become a home name. With the crowd we saw inside, we were overly convinced on this.Plus the pictures were super clean, and the back drops were very realistic looking. I almost felt like booking a session for myself.You also have the option to select the picture from a large screen so you can get the option to choose for yourself, by yourself. All in a state of the art facility.Theres an in house makeup artist and barber just in case you didnt come ready. Impressive.

Really great photo and video services. Long waiting times and even less appealing waiting chairs. Customers literally sit on a the ground, only raised higher. One would think they would make up for the long waiting times with more comfortable waiting chairs, but sadly that is not the case here at studio 24. All-in-all, these put together make their service less than satisfactory.

Very poor services. Apart from wasting my time for collection of pictures which I chose immediately after the shoot for printing , I ended up spending 1 hr just to collect a picture. Light keeps going on and off. Studio 24, your team needs to do better.

Poor service! I just think the studio is leaving on passed glory. To get my pictures too eternity. The editing was wack! Even the re-edited copy was rubbish!

They sent me the wrong picture and I had to call to try to get the correct one. They raised a ticket for my complaint but closed it very shortly after without actually resolving the issue. When I called back lady simply gave me another number to call. After calling about 100 times and noone answering the phone over about 2 or 3 days,, I had to go out of my way, back to their studio to request the correct one. The way my issue was resolved (or not resolved really) made it clear the staff are quite unprofessional. Sorry to put it on here but Kodak service is better and has better quality pictures. Just give good customer service!

I can safely say, studio 24 is definitely the WORST place to take pictures. My family took pictures on the 2nd of January and till date, which is the 3rd of February we are yet to receive our pictures. I have called and called but yet nothing, all I get are empty apologizes and promises and still nothing.This is incredibly unprofessional, I would demand a full refund but again they are so rubbish with customer service, it would be a complete waste of my time.I DO NOT recommend at all.

Not a good experience as regards your pricing , just a soft copy.of me and my sister for 4k and then another 4k for hard copy, that is exploiting your customer I feel once they are getting hard copy it should cover the price for sending soft copy. Paying 8k is just a cheat and this should be considered so that your competitions dont snatch your customers. As for me I dont think I can ever to recommend you to anyone or colleague again rather your competitors who are becoming reasonable and considerate would be better of

I visited the Studio 24 office at Lekki phase 1. They are well informed about the specifications of the passport photographs for different countries Visa requirements.I spent about 25 minutes there because there were a couple of people waiting.Overall, their staff were nice.

Terrible service. They keep us for so long which I tried to understand because they had just one person at the front desk. I had the photo session on Thursday today is Monday I am yet to receive it. It’s really sad even after calling severally and emphasized how I need to email some pics for an event for today , they promised I will get it and said I will even get a call, nor of this happened . Bad service with a high level of insincerity.

I’d rate this studio 0 because their services are very poor. Front desk staff are so disorganized and inactive. They act like they don’t need you to be there at all. I’m giving 1 star because the photographer was so nice and friendly. The front desk staff initially refused to send us our soft copies to select.Lastly, they’re cheats! They’ll never let you keep soft copies of your entire pictures except the ones you selected for editing. They’re so wack and I totally regret patronizing them, should have gone else where. Totally disappointed with these clowns.

I feel like I could have been attended to much quicker than I was, and I have to mention that they did not keep their promise to deliver my pictures in the space of 24 hours, I had to wait almost 72 hours to get them. Quality work though, but service could be much better.

The staff here are decent, helpful and hardworking. The photographers are patient, yet kind and professional. Their computers need upgrade but asides that, everything is nice.

They are open till 10pm! Now thats great if you have to take emergency passport photos. Customer service was great.

Studio24 is a really good photostudio. They have nice studio props for almost any kind of photoshoot.

Very nice and patient photographer at the studio. However, presenting clients deliverables which are paid in advance is very POOR. almost 2 months and my photo book and picture have not been sent. Its one story or the other about expecting receipt from Abuja when I reach out to them.

Visited yesterday to take my birthday pictures. I was told I couldnt get my pictures same day. I dont see the reason why I could not get soft copies same day. Was about going somewhere else with my family when they called me back to tell me they would give me some. I took the photos and they came out nicely. They could increase the number of changing rooms they have too. That delays the process if there are several photo shoots happening at the same time.

I was at the branch at Sango Tedo. The staff there are the worst I have sent in a while. They where not informed of the need to let a customer know what their services involved. Further more, their language was very unworthy of one that serves the public. I was there to take my 60th Birthday pictures . They ruined my day . Although I paid and took the pictures, due to their Ill manners and poor service, I had to leave in anger and disappointment.To date, I am yet to receive the pictures which they promised to forward to my mail. My day was ruined and has resulted in a poor memory of my 60th BIRTHDAY.All due to 3 youngsters attached to that branch of Studio 24. As I think of that day, a sour taste is left in I my mouth.A horrorible lot in indeed.

I go here for the make up and gele tying mostly. Its affordable compared to others and they usually do a good job.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. Took a toddler for a passport picture and they didnt act like they even wanted to take the picture.After less than 3 minutes of trying to get the toddler settled for the photo another customer came and told us to let her take her own picture if were not ready and the staff were OK with it. Not even an apology when we decided not to take photo anymore. It didnt matter to them.
