Order a reprint of set of 5 passport photo for a friend on the 8th of October.A quotation was made for the reprint and delivery for N500 by Mr. BELLO.A transfer was made to the Corporate account Mr. BELLO provided by my friend.On delivery he got to understand that Mr. BELLO only paid the delivery guy N300 instead of the N500. My friend was compelled to give him another N500 as top off.Afterwards, I made a call to Mr. BELLO to send me the digital copy of the passport (edited to white background) I sent to him via WhatsApp, and also sent him a message on the details of my email it should forward it, which he obliged.On the 10th of October, I made a call to Mr. BELLO at about 8ish in the evening. He mentioned it has already been sent.Checked my mail and found out nothing was sent.Called him back severally but he refused to pick up and cut all my calls afterwards.Messaged him on WhatsApp but to my shock below was his response:-[10/10, 8:14 PM] Mr. BELLO: I close from work like anyone else. Call tomorrow[10/10, 8:18 PM] ME: That is very rude of u to say.If u did the right thing will I have any business to be calling u?U should have told me u havent send it, instead of lying u did. PLEASE, ensure u send it 1st thing in the morning...10/10, 8:19 PM] Mr. BELLO: SORRY softcopy was not part of the deal. Softcopy is 500 each but I did not charge you.So the next day I called Mr. BELLO, x3 and he cut all my calls.As a follow-up, I sent him the following message, see his excuse below with a summary of the chat.[10/11, 1:05 PM] ME: Hello Bello, am yet to receive my soft copy of the pictures in mails as promised...[10/11, 1:12 PM] Mr. BELLO: I checked but have been deleted[10/11, 1:12 PM] Mr. BELLO: No mo in our system[10/11, 1:16 PM] Mr. BELLO: Am in a meeting where I cant talk to you or pick calls[10/11, 1:21 PM] ME: From meeting to my pictures are delete.. interesting...Never mind!I will do a Write-up on my experience with ur service on Google.So that people can learn from it...Thanks enjoy ur day.[10/11, 1:37 PM] Mr. BELLO: Send me the pictures and 2500 for the softcopies.So that I send them to you ASAP before I enter for another meeting slated for 1430hrsNext I told him he leaves me no choice than to give is organization a 1* review and he called it Blackmail.See his response.[10/11, 1:33 PM] Mr. BELLO: I wont see it. My customers dont have any time to waste on itAfter Mr. BELLO knew I had alot of details about is lies, bad behavior of cutting calls on customers and that he charged N500 for delivery but gave the delivery guy N300 he gave me call that I was blackmailing him.Its high time Nigerian write reviews about their experiences on companies like this so that others dont go through same situation.Companies need to ensure their staffs understand what is called CUSTOMER LOYALTY.

Whenever I am on the Island and need to print lab quality HD pictures, this is the place to be. These guys have been around forever and they always very friendly even when I give them wahala. However I think customers coming to Kodak Photoshop should beware that a FAKE Kodak Express shop has opened just besides them!
