Seplat is an oil and gas company. The building they occupy is beautiful...but isnt entirely owned by Seplat just some floors. Wheel chair accessible entrance, gym, a cafe are all in the building. Maintenance of safety critical elements is spot on and theres a canteen on the ground floor. Access to the building is restricted..CCTV, security personnel are around to monitor those coming in and out. Nice enough receptionists too..

Awesome structure, love the boxy shape as it rises high into the sky. The working environment is fantastic and the ambience is relatively calm. Its pretty decent here with ample parking space for both staff and visitors. Seplat oil hq remains one of the most iconic architectures in Ikoyi.
