This is the one-stop shop for my German Shepherd. Pet supplies of all sorts are readily available. The deal maker for my in the Veterinary doctor that keeps his appointment like a clock. Kudos guys (not taking anything away from the ladys).

Ive purchased items for my cats twice from them and I noticed the shop is well stocked. However on both occasion I shopped there I experienced very poor customer service. The sales girls there are very unresponsive and barely answer you when you ask questions about their products. They treated me with so much contempt and coldness. There is a particular lady there who I suspect is either the manager or the younger sibling or daughter of the owner. She was constantly displaying an air of arrogance and rudeness and gave very unfriendly replies to questions about prices and other questions about products found in the store. I experienced this twice and it was quite unfair. They should work on their customer service as it can make or mar a business.

I personally havent used the store. But I see a lot of people going there and they keep on going. The place seems okay especially in such an area as Lagos Mainland onike... Glass doors, good clean cages... I see pets in there too!... Really cute pets & lil puppies... They seem like an okay Petshop to me. Ill give it a 3 star because although I havent personally used their services because I dont have a pet, I have noticed a lot of patronage from people towards them so yeah...
