A spacious and peaceful park in the heart of Festac. It is located on 206 road and very close to Agboju bus stop. Landmarks are GTB and a police station

It is an open field. We had an event there. Quite spacious for different occasions

This is an open playground and recreational area. It is used for hosting events for both adults and children. It is a good place to be because of its proximity to the road and also because of good security and the environmental ambience.There are no conveniences and no particular consideration for the use of wheel chairs. There are no in-house food or drink vendors but whenever events are to hold there vendors come and take their place.

Victory park is located along 205/206 road, it has a beautiful well designed 5star hotel built on it.... The hotel, Tatiana is a beauty to behold at night and has classy rooms for guest... The service is on a 50/50% basis... Meaning that the staffers can be sometimes sloggish to respond or answer a request, most the staff at the bar/lounge, the main hotel on the other hand is a different story, lovely receptionist and cleaners and attendants.. It has a cool ambience and its a place you definitely want to hangout in d evenings with a loved one or family

One of the few places for family relaxation. Correctly called Victory Park as the residents won a court case after the land was sold to a real estate investor

For your open air events, this is definitely where you want to use. Its Afdordable and has packing space. But you need security to keep the cars safe.

Its a spacious Park that can be used for wedding receptions, church harvests, meetings etc. There is ample parking space on 206 Road and along 2nd Avenue for visitors.

It is very spacious and has trees which make it a great spot to have fun in the evening

This park is originally a play ground for kids as it were but it is now used for occasions like weddings, party and likes.

My organization held a childrens day event here, it was nice and affordable; the location was perfect and easy to access/find. The canopies, seats, bouncing castle e.t.c were all rented.
