It is good that such a place exists. I think it is great stride towards establishing an order in the midst of the chaos that is Lagos. There is a central ticket office where fare payments are made and bus stands are numbered. It will be nice to see departure times introduced and bus stand numbers reflected on tickets.
Owned by the government, tickets sold by the terminal operators at the Ticket Booth. The bus standards are not inspected. Rickety buses and all. You can get as bus to other cities in the south west here. Ibadan, Abeokuta, Ife etc Oshodi has 4 terminals in one. Ensure its terminal 1. Other terminal go to different other routes , mostly within Lagos.
Its okay to some extent,I will give it 3 star.
Oshodi Bus Terminal1 which was purposely built for brt buses but later it is now being use for inter-state bus loading. It is a very busy area and vehicles are always on ground to convey passengers.Recently long buses are introduced for the purpose of those travelling to the east. This has also increase the number of passengers that visit it daily. One need to also be careful when visiting this place because of hooligans around the point.
Coordinated place. Safe to park and spend time or pick someone.I packed in the Terminal 2 for several minutes and didnt pay a dime. Well constructed
It has a good structure but liter with street boys
A state of the art transport concern. Provides a fast means of transportation that helps one to Lagos traffic.
Giving this four stars because of the brilliant architecture and how spacious the terminal is. It was well conceived and executed. My concern however is the appropriateness for our climate. It looks good as a world class terminal but I do not think it’s suitable for Nigeria. There isn’t enough daylight inside the building and without major artificial lighting (electricity) it looks like a good haven for miscreants.
An upcoming impressive landmark in the population laden city of Lagos. For international travellers, Oshodi is one of the very first places theyll be confronted, after leaving the airport zone. Though once notorious for crime, this place is fast becoming a sight to behold!
It no longer the dirty bus terminal but an upgraded modern terminal, havent been there for almost 2 years and Im impressed at the development, its a cleaner and more secure place to wait unlike some months back.....fairly decent now
Now you can book for luxurious buses going to the eastern part of the country,at affordable prices. Traveling to the east from heart of Lagos made easy.
What a wonderful experience it was, looks like new York city
Ultra modern bus terminal. Needs a very decent maintenance to remain valuable in the coming years.
The place is not bad is good
Its the best bus station and sweetest but station in Nigeria right now
Good work done by Gov. Ambode
It is usually busy, and it might be confusing at first to know where to get on the bus. The attendants were willing to offer assistance.
Nice but there is always hold-up around the side
Its a new development in Oshodi and I hope government will be able to maintain it,I like the fact that you can get bus here at any point in time and there is designated area for interstate and within Lagos.you need a card to board a bus within Lagos and its goes for #400,you can get that done in Terminal 1.
Oshodi bus terminal 1 is an access route to different locations all over the country. Bus are available to all states in Nigeria
Honestly, its amazing
Oshodi Bus Terminal 1 is a place where you can get inter state bus and is very good
The fact that they link their 3 bus terminal with pedestrian Bridge for passengers, makes it easy for passengers to link up to their preferred terminal to enter bus
A place where you can board to Abeokuta and some other places.
VERY COOL TERMINAL, BUT THE QUEUE EHN...CHEAPER MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION ALSO
Super organized and easily accessible
Rude staffs. 10% compliance with covid protocols. Why sell ticket when bus is not coming in 3 hours?Meanwhile ambience is good but needs constant Maintenance.
Ticketing idea is nice , sitting arrangement for commuters in line with COVID 19 protocol, however no parking space to offload stuffs in the boot, boys tried collecting money before allowing car to just stay a few seconds. Good plan by the Government putting this in place.
This is one of the modernised Oshodi terminals constructed during the tenure of Governor Ambode. There are 3 terminals in total in Oshodi where buses are loaded to different locations both with and outside Lagos. There is public toilet in the facility and there is also wheelchair accessibility to all the terminals.
Much more organized than what it used to be, it has all the necessary facilities, and they Covid19 protocols compliant. You can get vehicles going to all of the South-Western states as well inter city transport. The have baggage storage and trolly rentals
Better than before
Needs more organization but nice concept if it can be sustained.
The park has a car or bus leaving to any major part of Nigeria
Nice structure and plan for inclusion of shops and restaurants is both practical and pragmatic.
Its a modern bus terminal that has so many facilities that can be compared to what you can find in the western world
I think this is my first 5 star on here, damn!!!Oshodi is now beautiful!!!!!!!😍
Functional but the bad road causes traffic
Oshodi bus terminals is one of the bus terminals in Lagos. It has a very beautiful outlook. There are 3 terminals that go to different location, you just have to now which is for which. Entering the terminal, by your right, you are required to buy your ticket and then proceed down to board a BRT
Beautiful terminal. Sometimes the entrance is crowded because of the security check for face masks. Its always advised to wear one before coming to avoid unnecessary confrontations at the gate.
Recently built place. Quite spacious to accommodate large crowd. It is the terminus where the special Lagos State Commercial Buses are boarded to the interland.
Fantastic, world class, except that its hot, the Air-conditioning is not effective.
Well organised. Looks like an airport. Buses are well maintained too.
As from 4:00pm this is not the beat of option to use to get to Ikorodu, the queue is all most unending. Unfortunately, you will not know until after you have bought the ticket!
Beautiful Terminal, good concept great delivery too...make cleanliness a priority . Then we will call it excellent
Reliable for quick movement around states
Oshodi Bus Terminal 1 is a part of the entire Oshodi Transport Interchange. This terminal is for interstate transportation, owned and managed by the Lagos State Government and other Private stakeholders. You can get bus / car going to places like Ibadan, Ijebu, Osogbo, Ekiti, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Onitsha etc from this terminal. It is a recent and good development in Lagos state and there are facilities like: parking space, elevator, lift, conveniences, waiting area, ticketing booths and others though not yet fully utilized.Inasmuch as it is a recently opened project by the Lagos State Government, much is still to be done to bring this facility up to the international acceptable standard.
Obviously the transport system is still quite new and the company is still lagging behind in terms of customer service, speed, etc
The fact that this terminus works efficiently is proof that Nigeria can enjoy a form.of good transport ststem if we really want to.Nice job by those in charge.
Some parts uses card some dont, they still need to harmonize their services .
Oshodi bus terminal is a very cool and save place to enter any but going to anywhere within Lagos
A cool waiting area for boarding BRT bus😍😍 i love it and am sure you will too!
Connect all part of Lagos from here
Nice and clean atmosphere
The Oshodi bus terminal is a modern bus terminal built by the Lagos State Government. Oshodi is one of the busiest and most densely populated places in Lagos. The ultra modern bus terminal has many buses plies many routes especially Lagos/Abeokuta expressway. From Oshodi to Abule Egba.
Oshodi Bus Terminal is a real place, that is located in Oshodi. This place will be staring at you when youre approaching Oshodi from Anthony, Lagos.
Get bus to Abule egba, ipaja mile 2 and other parts of lagos
Its a lovely place but more needs to be done in terms of customer service, and arrangement of the queuing process
Oshodi Terminal is a nice place with a nice look. A structure built by Ambodes administration. It serves as park and gare for buses popularly known as BRT
Refined, but fast becoming a den for area boys again
Nice terminal. Cleanliness should be of utmost importance to the management.
Is a bit organized unlike garage use to be in lagos, but not to international standard
Quite helpful but cowry cards dont work for all route and commuting price is on the high side which is not the agenda of having it still which is not right.Recently lacking dowry cards in station and making commuting high
For all things interstate travels. Ibadan, Abeokuta, Oyo, Ognomosho, Osogbo, Ede, Ilorin etc. While I am not sure of transportation to the Easter or northern parts of the country, this terminal offers services to all south western states in Nigeria. It is better organised than the old system , but of course, Agbero still abound.Former Governor Ambode did well with this project.
I love this place sooo much. I love their bus arrangements.
Why stress urself elsewhere when u can move @ ease faster , and cheaper
Its a world class modern bus station with every department well station.
Kept clean, no area boys allowed in and no selling allowed too.
Easy to pay for my transit card and locating the brt to take.
Awesome..thumbs up to H.E Ambode Former Lag. Gov.
Very organized bus park in Oshodi Lagos. Where you can get transport to most part of the country.
Lagos state government did well here very nice and the buses are nice and comfortable
Recent development shows that the bus terminal is now very conducive
One of the best transport terminal in Nigeria.. love it
It well built with a parking garage for external and internal use,it can contain more than 1k passenger.has a clean restroom and a functional environment.
Oshodi bus terminal is a cool atmosphere and a suitable place for a meeting point💯
Located in the heart of Oshodi Lagos. It is a terminal that has long buses that goes both interstate and intrastate. Prices are from #150.
Good place for interstate travel
Good jobs by former Lagos State governor akinwunmi Ambode
The Environment is great, but Tfare to Iyana Ipaja/Ile Epo too expensive. Public Bus far better on this route
The new his terminal is very good, secure and convenient to use
New place to be, Lagos State transportation system is superb.
A nice but really crowdy place .... really exciting experience.i would love to go there again...I pretty much love the market
The oshodi bus terminal is beautiful. I love the structure and all and I like the convenience to so many locations. I believe the prices are expensive though. Especially the buses that use swipe cards. Its a government funded project so why isnt transport fees subsided?Local buses from Oshodi to places like Ayobo charge N300-N400 and then you see this government buses charging N400. And its supposedly government funded. What gives?I tried to use the terminal restroom and was informed I have to pay N100! For a public bathroom sponsored by the government????Jara restrooms in Ikeja is so well maintained and clean and FREE OF CHARGE! As is the Ikeja BRT terminal building toilet beside it. Granted the brt toilets arent as clean and the doors🤔 susprisingly have been torn off, but its FREE to use. Why is the Oshodi terminal restroom billed?Another downside is the anaconda like queues at the oshodi terminal most times. The queue is actually like that at all terminals and its appalling. I thought the government bought thousands of these buses. Its worse in the evening and you have to queue for hours before getting into the bus. Some dont even have ac🤦🏽♀️ I entered one and everyone was screaming heat! The driver pleaded the AC was leaking water but everyone insisted. He turned it on and minutes some passengers were drenched from the AC openings above their heads😱 thats how we managed the heat throughout the journey! Guys check your bus to make sure it has AC before swiping except you are not particular about it. Lagos government, please just try and up your game ok?
Good development but they are not that coordinated. They dont follow covid-19 rules
Have the feel of being at the airport, coordinated, secured, (i hope they keep it that way)
Damn! Its so organized and great
