The Zoological and Botanical garden of the prestigious university of Lagos, Akoka. This place houses, though few, diverse of animals. The plant species found here ranges from ornamental to even those of high medicinal importance. This place pride itself as a safe haven for that mystical iroko tree and the endangered species of Mona monkey. The parrots found here appears friendly but they unfortunately dont communicate much. It may be considered as a place worthy of visitation should you visit UNILAG
This biological garden is a rare gem in Unilag, albeit with very few animal species. Be wary of the mosquitoes which are A LOT. There’s usually a student who acts as a knowledgable guide to chaperone you around. If you’re in the area, you should have a quick stop by here before continuing on your journey.
A good place to sight see. However, needs a lot of renovation. Dont be overly enthusiastic going there so you wouldnt be disappointed.
An old building that have few animals and plants. Its a place to get insight on some biological products, animals, plants. Its located close to faculty of engineering.#education
The garden is well monitored
Maintenance is on a decline
