Wide array of stuff to buy, fashion items, interior design hub, in a new more easily accessible complex, parking is a hassle, youd maybe have to walk a distance from a convenient parking location to your preferred shop. As with most Lagos markets, theres a bit of stress navigating the shops and the all hands shop attendants trying to persuade you to shop from them. Shopping with a debit card is better than having cash for security reasons. You could easily make withdrawals from the teeming local cash withdrawal vendors around. Be wary of knock-off items though, dont be fooled by the sweet talking salespeople. Good luck.

Your go to place for textbooks - from Basic school to tertiary institutions as theres an array of bookshops. However, literature textbooks, especially by Nigerian authors are difficult to find here. The ones available are often pirated copies.

A part of Yaba on the road in front of NCDC office was closed causing a bit of traffic logjam at the market end.Hope the main road is opened by Monday morning otherwise Yaba market area will be a nightmare for commuters and motorists on Monday morning.
