Well the Ketu fruit market is undergoing reconstruction, we have to bare with the challenges it brings. The section where work has been completed to an extent is far better than the previous state.

Fruits are cheap but parking is frustrating. The degree of this frustration depends on the entrance you use. Ikosi entrance is worse as far as parking is concerned. There are miscreants who demands tips from you as if it is their birthday right.The alternative is to park inside the local government in Okosi-which is rarely availableThe main entrance by Ikorodu road inward Lagos Ibadan express road has similar challenges though not as much as Ikosi yet without alternative.Despite the challenges, Ketu market has variety of fresh fruits sold at cheapest price.

Ketu market boasts of one of the largest foodstuff markets in Nigeria with full compliments of assorted fresh fruits, vegetables, flour , etc at cheapest prices. The market is highly populated and not very clean... muds everywhere especially during the rainy season.

It is a good place yo fill your fuel tank and also get your automobile fixes in case of any fault.

Very crowded and lots of pickpockets guy are all-around obtaining peoples phone. My advice for anybody that is passing through this place is to make sure they keep their valuable belongings and dont operate your phone when you are sitting by the vehicle window side.
