I love gatankowa market cos goods there are cheap and quality.
Its majorly for used fashion wears market where you can purchase on wholesale. But it is a very busy and rough place that buyers need to take caution of.Its advisable to park your car within that you can be able to access quickly after purchased as theres no assigned car park in the market.
The place is Nice and nothing you would find there that you Will not see .
The market is a bit rowdy and the rain has made it worse. It had become increasingly hard for pedestrians to move freely without getting hit by someones hand or getting your feet stepped on. Although, it is a very nice market that houses any fashion you could think of it needs a bit of restructuring. Wares of traders were getting messed up and some people even had minor accidents while trying to move.
Its was fun 😄, but you have to shine your eye . You can have one of the guys that ask you what you want take you to shops inside the market you cant find on your own for different stuffs but remember if they say it this price its really quarter that amount.

It is a busy place because its a business environment. Come with a bag, keep your items there and do your usual buying. Make sure you only come with the money to spend at a go, cause if you bring more, youll spend it all because youll always see things you love over and over.
Gatankowa is more better to some years back but it needs to be more organized.

Well, the heart of Okrika in Nigeria. If you are into fairly used cloth within and outside Lagos, you need to visit this place for very cheap and neat clothes to resell. Childrens clothes very neat and quite expensive especially boys shirt and trousers. Adult clothes ranges from #200 and above pending on what you want. Used shoes too ranges from #500 etc. Their market days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You need no carry cash up and down. POS are available everywhere there. New bays are usually opened in these days. Its an overwhelming places to visit but pls, keep your belongings safe. The market people dont steal. Na fellow buyers fit tiff.Have a nice buying experience 😉

In its redevelopment phase almost near completion. Not operating at full capacity at the moment but its partially accessible.
Very big market where they basically sell fairly used items such as clothes, shoes, bedsheets, foot mats etc. The discouraging factor here is that there are people around the market like marketers that hounds people almost grabbing them to enter certain shops as they get commission for bringing customers. Its embarrassing sometimes
A busy market and a great place to make bargain purchases.

The main market is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I would advice this place for people who wants to get thrift items( Mostly clothes, shoes and bags) at very cheap price should go as early as possible. Also you have to be careful because its a very crossed and rough area.
