Alade market is a market for quite a lot of goods. Household, foodstuffs, electronics, fruits, perishables and lots more. It is easy to access but its usually busy every hour of the day.
Its a place for you to do your weekly shopping if you are not able to go to Mile 12.As you know, Lagos is not a place to just be walking around without being vigilant. So, when you are at the market, be security conscious.The items are not too expensive too.

You can get basic household items and foodstuffs. Though not very well organized, you can find somewhere to park and then get into the market to shop. Not a bad experience here, just like similar neighbourhood markets in Lagos

Alade market has numerous entrances which makes it more easier to explore and one can get varieties of food stuffs and and other domestic products.
You can get whatever you need here, but I gave it 3 stars because, the crowd here is too much, plus no parking space available

Alade Market has been demolished by the state govt, no building on site.

I was here as a Corp member, offering free medical services for the market women. I realized how rowdy and close to the road the market is (Just like many Nigerian Markets)... making it unsafe for children who could easily get hit by bikes, etc. However, foodstuffs are sold at quite an affordable rate, compared to some other markets Ive been to.
