A relic of a good past. The workshop is a shadow of a great place of repair. Now its just a studio for artist to shoot video, its rarely used for repairing trains or overhauling like it should. This is indeed a lack of management crises. But it can be restored like everything else in the country if the government are willing to do what is right. Lots of space to do things.
