This company is not just only ripping people off, they also have bad customer relations.I sent despatch rider to pickup my goods, the lady attending to him just sat down playing with her phone showing nonchalant attitude.The despatch man has to leave, even when calling her on the phone, you can see the arrogance and lack of respect in her.This is ridiculous, the company will have been shut down in a law abiding country 😡😡😡

Their shipping rate is extremely high, imagine buying goods of 45k and clearing with 77,500 naira. Please work on yourself.

I didnt receive any message from them about my goods at all, until I had to contact them, that when I realized that my goods has gotten to lagos and ready to be picked up.

Poor customer service infact the logistics person one of their staff gave me misplaced my waybill receipt I have to make a double payment again. I have been importing for a long time but this is one of the worst cargo service line ever.
