My experience with this company has been nightmarish ordered air shipping for an item the size of thump drive. I had the item to their Houston warehouse on June 30,2020 and payment for shipment was made same day.According to the online tracker, my item did not leave the warehouse until 2 weeks later on July 15.It then spend another 8 days by air travel before it go to Lagos customs(what manner of air travel?). Again according to tracking it spend another 6 days with customs before the status was changed to out for delivery. Now it has been 3 days since and the item has still not been delivered. Overall, it has been 35 days since shipping was paid for and item was handed over to Ship to Naija. What manner of air shipping takes 35 days + for an item the size of a thump drive?? I dont always trust reviews because there are companies that specialize in providing positive reviews to business owners who can pay for the service.

The services is extremely poor, they scam clients. I ship with them and I have to pay twice. Left my goods with DHL after charging me and DHL charged double the amount again.

Shiptonaija has been an amazing company. In all honesty, this increase in clearing cost is a general issue as a result of increase in exchange rate. I shipped two similar cars recently, one car through Shiptonaija, and the one through another Company due to their locations, and I had to pay extra NGN 370,000 demanded by the other Company, after I have paid the initial clearing cost. Meanwhile, Shiptonaija never charged me this high. I even loaded items inside the car and at No Cost. Truth to be told, they are still the best. I will still use them again. Thumbs Up guys👍👍
