Very annoying company, delivery from Lagos to Ibadan is taking forever even when I paid for standard shipping. Poor customer service with phone lines that arent responded to. Please send my items to me, your lack of professional service is harming my business.

If you love your business or the item you want to send, DO NOT use sendbox. Use them at your peril. Their pick up time within Lagos is 1-2 weeks and they can decide to leave your item at their hub for a few more days until you go there to retrieve it.They lost my item that was dropped off at their hub and didn’t offer a refund. Called them severally, same rubbish story. I had to refund the money to my customer from my pocket after wasting his time for almost two weeks. I regret using them.

Its over a month now, and my package from the UK to nigeria that they claim will take 7-10days hasnt been delivered yet.The worse part is they cant even tell me where it is.Customer service is absolutely wicked, they dont respond to emails, if you open a ticket, they will close it without resolving.I have spent more than what i spent on delivery on airtime just calling this people.Very evil companyExcept you want to loose money o, i see no reason to go near them.They will make you regret using them

If there was anything short of 1 star, thats what Im going to give this useless company. If you dont know how to run a business why not close down the company. I dont advise anyone to use this incompetent company. How can you pick a package from Tue and its just leaving for its destination on Monday the following week and Im not even sending to Abuja. Just Ota here. I am going to consistently give you 1 star for 2 weeks straight for this pain you have caused me.

How I wish theres a minus zero star rating and Ill gladly give that to Sendbox.Out of every 10 Deliveries I book with Sendbox, they hardly successfully perfom only 3 without delays.Shame on you Sendbox, it takes me not more than 24 hrs to ship from Ibadan to Abuja with other logistics companies, but Sendbox can not deliver from Ikorodu to Lekki in three days.Big shame on Sendbox.Thank You for making me lose Customers because of your poor service, may you be equally rewarded.

The absolute worst.If you’re a business person and you don’t want your business ruined please avoid Sendbox. I paid for same day delivery within Lagos and my package was not picked up, neither did I get a call or did they reach out to explain why they didn’t pick up.My customer kept calling endlessly. I could not get an alternative either as they made me pay and tied down my money. Very terrible service. A total flop ......😑😑πŸ₯΅πŸ₯΅πŸ€¬πŸ€¬

This is the worst logistics service ever. I do not recommend to anyone especially for international shipping to Canada. They revalue your items and change your invoice without informing you or the sender, and you end up having to pay ridiculous charges to customs for import duties, just because Sendbox doesnt know how to communicate with their customers.Yes I know they do not control import duties, However, Canadian customs works with the value written on the invoice, in my case, the sender provided this information on Sendbox website. Sendbox proceeds to pick up the items and writes a different value in the invoice given to DHL, without notifying the sender/receiver of this change.Anyways save yourself the stress and choose another logistics service For US/Canada shipping.Advice to management - Customer service training for your reps should be mandatory. The person that handles the instagram account is a confused liar.

Anyone who sells online knows logistics and delivery can be messy sometimes but with Sendbox theres a team of dedicated personnel ready to resolve any issues you may experience with a delivery. They are the Uber of logistics! with partners like DHL & Fedex.

They are good...affordable but they need to get a way to prevent people from booking shipment if it cant be shipped, than paying and getting the shipment only to return it back that its not acceptable for shipping. Also, you can pay through their website and app but when you want a refund, you cant withdraw through the website but the app. Even the app, was not working. I had to go to their office to process the refund because the customer service is SLOWWWW. I was there for 2hrs before I got my refund.The reason why I didnt give them one star is because they use DHL but dont collect DHL money. Very affordable. Fast delivery. They can also pick up the shipment from your house, if you live in Lagos.

The worst, they are not good for business. If you run a business steer clear if sendbox. They are scaling without putting the necessary infrastructure in place. I have orders pending pick up 4days later, in some case I have had to drop off myself and then youd expect good delivery, you wish. Customers are constantly chasing. Use Jumia non jumia delivery and youd save money and stress. If I could remove my one star and make -0.5 I would. Sendbox was good up until Feb 2020. Osita recieve sense!

Easy pick up. Saves me the stress of having to leave the house. I’m able to track my packages and confirm when they have been delivered to the recipients. Also, loading up the wallet is super quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend.

I would have used Sendbox more than 50 times and i wonder how their service works; DHL never gets the notifications of order on time and I have to keep going to do drop-offs at DHL offices myself. Last order i placed, 4 days after, DHL is yet to pickup the item as they claim they have not been notified by Sendbox of my order.I would strongly recommend keeping your options open when using Sendbox, especially when using them as a business for your delivery needs, as they could upend your activities without apologies.

If there was any rating less than β€˜1’, that would be exactly what SendBox deserves. I requested a shipment, it was picked up from my office and two days later showed that it was delivered when I tracked it. However the recipient never received it, they tried to accuse DHL of misplacing it, I contacted DHL but they disclosed that they were not contacted to courier that particular shipment. Now SendBox has stopped picking my calls, they’re not attempting to resolve this issue. Why must a company with such a straightforward objective turn out to be so complacent and ineffective?? I need a compensation for my misplaced goods!
