I had a horrible experience with this company!First of all they have their own exchange rate that is different from the general Bank rate and higher than black market. I was completely ripped off! Paying 81,916 Naira for an 8kG item.Jand2Gidi is a total rip off!

Honestly , I feel CHEATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I regret using this company .Please avoid at all cost !!! Just too many disparities. Rude and unprofessional company .My items weighed a total of 3kg( small handbags ). I was asked to pay 50,000 (Naira) before my parcel can be released for delivery .

Their service is fabulous! My goods arrived within a week. The customer support rep is polite and very helpful. I’ll definitely use them again when my bank account recovers.

I wish I could give them 0star!! These people are trash. They tried to cheat my friend and this is unacceptable. Their drop off in uk weighs the item, when it gets to Nigeria all of a sudden it gains weight, they call you to come and check and collect the parcel(so they haven’t even delivered it to the address) and have only 1 small scale in the entire j2G office how ridiculous is that. A scale that is used to measure fruit is what these guys are using to measure big parcels. Unbelievable

The most petty set of people I have ever met. Previously had issues in my last transaction which management ignored not even an apology. Tried sending goods with them from Abuja today. Just to show how petty and myopic these people are, after going through the rigmorale of dropping off the items to be shipped, and paying, left the place only to be called and told they are not shipping items to the UK, how convenient! What are you people 5? Kindly grow up. Pathetic to say the least. Ill take my custom else where.

What can I say about Jand2Gidi, disorganised and lacking in professionalism. They are also altering the weight of the parcels as well as lacking communication. The whole process is an eye sore, this will be the first and last time using this service. I’d rather pay more and get professional and appropriate device than pay and get cheated. If you want more money just charge a price and stop trying to steal/fraudulently gain more money based on false weight. How can a packaging company only have 1 small scale to weigh big goods, the scale is the one the use in the meat markets and they only have one. Thieves and liars

The most inept logistics company I have had the misfortune of using. Slow, disorganised, lacking customer service. Who ever runs their instagram social media page needs a crash course in professionalism, you wouldnt see an established logistics company like fedex or ups post petty subliminal messages after getting complaints from customers, they would PROFESSIONALLY address the customers complaints. I guess that separatesthe wheat from the chaff.From the management down the whole company needs to learn how to de-escalte customers dissatisfaction instead of being down right rude, nasty and antagonistic and lying when your company had messed up. A nightmare to deal with. Save your self the stress and avoid.Just another company living up to the negative stereotypes that customer service is non existent in Nigeria a big shame.

This is by far the most complicated and slowest logistics company i have ever used! It would be nice if they used thesame energy they use on their social media platforms for the services they offer.They try to make you think they are organised but they are not by any standard. Countless emails were exchanged and a lot of time,wasted.Its been more than 3 weeks they received my items after the initial stress of no one being present to sign and receive the items,despite my several notifications.The merchant had to re-attempt delivery. Its more than three weeks now. I had to contact them. Other companies would either send and invoice or call for more clarifications. They said they didnt contact me because they were not sure they had received all my items!!! No contact,update,nothing! This entire process takes 6-7days elsewhere.

They run out of riders to often so u have to plan 2days for delivery within lagos. at least a reachable online 247 would be good, not every has the time to check online if your open or not
