Very horrible customer service. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE payment plans. The rates change midshipping and they are not bothered. And for them, rate change means increment. Even if your goods had departed based on an old rate, you will be forced to pay the new rate upon arrival! This company actually expects you to buy dollars for them at Chinese Exchange rate from Nigeria for them to ship your goods.The MD of the company is the most uncouth person you can ever speak with. He acts as if he is doing you a favour carrying your goods or even speaking on phone. He replies messages when he feels like and comes off as worse than the devil.I will not allow my worst enemy do business with these guys. You will thoroughly regret it. Shipping with them was the worst experience of my life and I will beg any sane person to run as far away from them as possible!

The management need to work on it.To me, Hugo is the best I know for now
