Very poor customer service; your instagram team hardly read messages, and when they read, they choose whether to reply or not. And when theres a delay in delivery, its only sensible that you contact the recipient with details about the delay. But no, gigl is too big to explain themselves

God Is Good Motors is logistics and transport company. GIG Admiralty Lekki branch offers parcel, cargo, passenger and logistic services. I have travelled with them and they have been commendable. The cargo staff were proactive but need to do better. Theres a wheelchair chair and car park. Their rates are not moderate but comes with assurance.

Located not too far from the Lekki Phase 1 main entrance along the busy Admiralty road, this logistics company God Is Good offers great services with reasonable prices. Well trained staff attended to me today and with a well catalogued system I was able to pick up my item in no time. There could be queues sometimes, but their professional services speeds things. The car park is just out inform of the premise.

It was the worst experience. the staff at 118 woji GRA area was practically a tyrant. i had to beg him to give me my item just because i complained about the time prompt which they set at 7am while office never opened at that time. instead of being apologetic he had to be so rude. i even went there before 5pm and just because he is in a hurry to close he had no time to listen to my complaint and hence when i expected atleast an apologetic behaviour towards a customer he had to refuse to give me my item and tried to close without givin me the item. meanwhile he wasnt sounding good to anyone around there. so i really think your staffs are not trained to value customers. maybe GIG logistic delivery has too much customers to keep up with. my review is anything less than zero please. and i will never receive an item thru GIG again.

They dont have bubble wrap or crates for your fragile items so be prepared to pay extra for these or better still get your bubble wrap if you can as it is more affordable. As for the crate, negotiate from half the asking price and thank me later🙂

These guys are Neanderthals. If you have the patience to deal with a company full of slow pokes, then you can send anything through them. How does it take one whole week to deliver an item from Lagos-Lagos? Avoid God is Good Logistics if your sanity means anything to you.

Service delivery was quick. If you want to pick up a delivery you will be asked for the delivery waybill number so have that handy. If youre sending an item it takes at least three days. If you do not pick up your package on the supposed day you pay for demurrage which is charged at #100 per day that it stays in their office.

I was there earlier than their opening time but their service and reception was so good. In fact I completed all I had to do even before they opened at 8am.

The customer service officers cant type up to 20 words per minute as against the recommended standard of 40 words per minute for such a job. As a result the service is extremely slow. What should otherwise take 5 minutes takes almost an hour. God is good please see to your operations management.Thankd

They are beginning to mix up orders and are care free. Sending others for Lagos to abuja ans abuja delivery taking over 1 week! Please check on your staffs ! Your service are dropping badly

A well organised transport company with conducive air conditioning buses for traveling. There is a passenger lounge where one can seat comfortably while awaiting loading of the bus. It also has a clean restroom to answer call of nature. The drivers, ticketers and other ad-hoc staffs are matured in their approach of delivering their service with pronounced courtesy. The supervisors ensure that the drivers comply with their safety rules, traveling routes and designated bus stop for commuters to alight from the vehicle. Speed limits are also observed by the drivers.

Its easy to locate the office..they need more staff to attend to more people. Waiting time is approximately 5-15minutes for collection and 10-20minutes for waybill.

In recent times I’ve been having the worse service from them! From sending a parcel going to abuja to ajah and not realizing for 4 days until I called to mixing up deliveries !!! I think the management needs to check with them as they are beginning to lose it ‼️‼️ my customers complain about the home delivery service which takes over 1 weeks now and no explaintion what so ever !! I have 3 depending mixed up deliveries ! Even as an E commerce customer . I’m already planning on moving to another logistics with better services

The good thing about this logistic company is the fact that they have a network of offices around major cities of Nigeria. Comparably they offer premium transport and courier services....I would say the services offered are good enough and would meet the needs of those that are able to afford them.

This is an incompetent and professional lot.I physically go to make enquiries about how long a delivery takes get the feedback 4-7days.Show up the next day to cargo my items and get told that it will take 14days because of the weight. Within an hour they got back to say it will now go in 7 days but with cost over 200k!!I’m like are you all just being funny or is this standard practice?This is possibly my first and last experience with these fraudulent people.
