Its one of the proper DHL outlets with its own yard so it has parking.Its clean and functional. They have fancy desks that come with a pen so you can fill in your form easily before you go to the counter. The staff are also polite and knowledgeable too.

From the outside you will think it is a super centre offering speedy services. I waited for almost 45 mins to courier a simple letter.There are just two workstations here to attend to customers and the POS terminals werent working. Some major improvement needs to be done considering the location for this branch and the heavy traffic of customers likely to come here.The space is well designed and well thought out.

I had an excellent customer service here compared to other DHL locations; and for sure this is the best DHL office that I have visited in Lagos. The car park is neat and each lot is well-marked. Accessibility entrance is available. The office arrangement is spacious to accommodate customers without overcrowding; cushioned sofa 🛋 are to relax while waiting to be attended to.

Pretty good reception but the service was a bit slow. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Got my items packaged and ready for delivery.

Extremely unhelpful staff and terrible manners from the lady with the broken teeth! When asked to explain a confusing detail she proceeded to raising her voice for no reason. I have had multiple encounters with her and it’s always the same bad manners.

I have called all the four DHL offices that I saw has a Lekki address, at least 3 times each, and none had answered their calls. so why do they have phone numbers listed? That is the beginning of customer service failure!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!DHL took 3 weeks import my goods and even delayed one of the parcels in Belgium for 2 weeks!Their level of incompetence is staggering!It’s unfortunate seeing as they charge quite a lot and claim to offer EXPRESS shipping.Please use Cargo companies if you can. They take just 7-10 days.

The best DHL location Ive seen in Lagos. Its very decent here, has a car park on the inside and incorporated with accessible doorways. The surroundings are clean and well-maintained too.

The customer service was great, from the gate to the branch manager. Soap, sanitizer and running water available. There is a seating area with fans outside if you dont want to seat inside.

Its always nice to see multinationals kit out their local offices as well as they would abroad. This office is nice. From the entrance to the parking, the security guards, all of it works. Works very well. Staff are professional and friendly, and if youre a MallforAfrica client, youd be well pleased with the new delivery arrangement.Except for one minor problem. Service is so slow compared to the MallforAfrica VI office. Its a significant tradeoff in fact.
