I have used Amgray consistently for about 9 months to ship items I bought from Amazon to Lagos. There is a very disrespectful and arrogant female folk at their Texas office who could well be the company CEO or top management. The male customer care service I spoke to twice was terrible at understanding his job and behaved as if they were doing me a favor for using their services!They ship your goods even when you have emailed to tell them that have other items on the way. They provide false shipping information and offer no apologies when found out. They try to maximize their profits by using an ever-changing pricing system (e.g., packing few items in a large box in order to charge you by volume rather than weight etc.Another Logistics company to never patronize

Amgray is a good logistics company for heavy shippers. They have good rates for heavy consignments but expensive for small goods.

I have been using Amgray Logistics toShip from USA to Nigeria since 2018.. affordable and funny customer service reps.Thank God for their new Abuja office in Jabi. No longer develop fear over my package using commercial bus to waybill it from Lagos to Abuja. Air waybill service is one of their new development.. keep it up

I have used a lot of shipping companies in the past, none comes close to Amgary. Their shipping is fast, customer support is top notch, pricing is very competitive. I love everything about this company.

Being impressed at the quality customer service is an understatement, they are simply the best.

Use these guys at your own perril, they will hoodwink you to sending your your goods to them, then they will steal the goods with the guise of it being confsticated, they will not answer you or give you an update on whats happening. They will steal your package if you try to use them be guided!
