These guys are the absolute worst. They make you lose good business, customers would think you are a scam because the would not deliver at when due and they wont pick your call or give you update. You would be insulted for using their service. They have terrible services. My customer requested a refund when his good refused to arrive. They frustrated me and ruined a good business relationship. I hope and pray this business packs up soon because they do more harm than good. The owner of this business is very rude and unprofessional. The worst service I have ever experienced

This is the worst waybill service I have ever seen, my goods was sent to me from Lagos to kano, i didnt heard from them 3 days, I called the customer service and when he finally picked my call, he worned me to never call them again. I wonder the kind of service they render and they dont even have office in kano. Please if you dont want to be frustrated dont of patronizing them

A very useless company that needs to be shut down. Bad customer service, slow delivery and they don’t have any office in Kano.. I will advise everyone to stay away from them.

Service at the pick up point (Tashan Kano) poor but customer care service fair.

Bad customer service. I did a waybill there since Monday and today is Friday, my customer hasnt received the package till now. The customer service is so bad they refused to pick their calls nor did they send their location in Minna so my customer can go there to pick up her package. The man eventually picked his call and cut me off, abused me and was generally a nuisance.

God!!! Business like this needs to be shut down poor service poor customer service this the only business I see where customer would be spoken to anyhow and be abused if you don’t want to be frustrated pls don’t use this service
