It is a good place to study and with parking space. There is need for improvement anyways.

Nice environment and concept. But zero funding and maintenance. No generator, not a single fan is working, No AC is working either in my 2 years of visiting.

It served well my desire for a quiet place to read undisturbed.

For those who reads, a library is always a treasure. This place lacks the visibility it requires to boost utilization. Its a place to check up, if you are in Surulere, and you do want to study.
