I am a regular user of DNA Laundry on kusenla road. Its been fairly ok until I was given a wrong shirt and trouser instead of mine. After over 3months nothing was found neither did I hear from them. I asked Gift the service girl several times on their policy and she kept replying my madam will call. I never got a call from the madam. The I went back and asked and she said her madam plans to give me a discount the next month. I want my items to be returned not some flimsy discount promised.
