Ive done a number of alterations with Garment Care. They are pretty good.Ive dry cleaned with them once. I paid for express service and it was not ready as agreed but they delivered it to my house so I was still happy.Overall, pretty good service.

Wrong address listed here which led to a wild goose chase looking for the place. Also no one picks up the phone number that is listed here. A professional business should easily be found on multiple platforms- it is also better to have no information listed than wrong information that obviously had not been updated- would have saved me the trouble of calling the number multiple times and looking for the place incessantly.

Ask about the stain but dont solve the stain. And charge exorbitant prices for not solving the problem. Like pfft...This place is so overrated. Uber overrated. Makes me miss those Asian run drycleaners abroad who wash with so much precision and zero attitude. This place is filled with attitude. Super attitude. They size you up then decide the level of customer service to give you. Then what truly irks me is they ask you about your stain really go all FBI/CIA on the nature of your stain like theyre gonna attend to it then they charge some uber fancy schmancy price for it. Ok. You pick it up and the stain is still there.Google How to remove a wine stain or mud stain or any stain whatsoever and the millions of hits and the dear housewives would be more helpful in removing your stain than this overpriced catastrophe. And theyll be a lot cheaper too! Utter waste of money. Not worth the hype. GOOGLE is more helpful. Why pay for a service and they cant use Google to figure out the problem? Im beyond angry with this place its like disappointed in lack of innovation.

A particular staff named Lisa was rude and non chalant when I went to try to drop off my stuff. They wasted my time and she offered no apologies. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Choice laundry service. More expensive than your average but their service is too notch. Youd have yours ready after a few days and they keep to timing. Use them basically for suits but like any laundry service, they work on all sorts of clothing for both male and female. Clothes are checked at the point of submission for broken buttons, torn parts, etc. Quite professional in their delivery of customer service.
