Because I said I was more interested in sitting for the test, and maybe you saw you won’t benefit from it so that permitted you to be rude. Poor customer service!!!I just called to enquire about how the classes run in a week for a particular language as it isn’t on their website, only for the receiver to cut the call on me LITERALLY. No explanations as to why, nothing!I called back a second and third time - he busied my call and not even a message or a call as to why that happened and if he needed to get back to me as he obviously did not have that detail.Very wrong!!!I mean there’s a reason for a contact us and a number there so why cut the call on me and then subsequently busy my call.Good riddance please!Mssshhhheeeewwwwww!!
