You can easily get tested for COVID 19 here. Its safe as all preventive measures are in place. The reception and their general service is pretty good. They also deliver your test result in record time. Its also very easy to locate in ikeja.

If theres a good human being I and my family met last week it was Mr Sanusi Ayodele at Medbury Medical services off Adeniyi Jones Ikeja. Having been frustrated after searching for where to get her covid test done (and even losing money) because she had to travel same Tuesday night my cousin Dolores and I eventually found Medbury. Luckily for her she was attended to by Mr Ayo who further advised her on another test to take without which she wont be allowed to board. We told Mr Ayo, that the usual Nigerian style should please not apply because we had checked out of the hotel and waiting at the airport and he promised that she will receive her test result email by 7pm. Not only that the result came earlier than that but Mr Ayodele went out of his way to call us to assure us that she must get it that day and still alerted us when it was sent knowing how anxious we were.That extra care counts for something. Adding compassion to work. That was about the first time in a long time that we were not disappointed or treated off handedly. We did not end it there, we sent my brother on Thursday of last week Mr Cajetan to go to your company and ask for Mr Ayo because we believed he will get a decent treatment and wont be disappointed and just like we thought.he wasnt. Mr Ayo is an honest and decent person and I wish him all the best in all he does and pray he continues to sell your companys image and himself in positive light. The process at Medbury was seamless , I left feeling very impressed. The staff were very courteous and friendly. In particular blessing was very professional. The whole process lasted less than 10 minutes .I work in England with the NHS and I have had a fair share of Covid tests ! Follow-up review......I must commend Medbury on how they handled my complaint. It shows they are serious about customer service and excellence. I got a call from their MD last night apologising for the issues I faced, she explained it was as a result of a bounced email which they took responsibility for. As to my refund request, they honoured it and effected it within 24hrs. While I do understand were all fallible, I think what stands a world class organisation from their counterparts is their ability to take responsibility and ensure an excellent experience for their client. Medbury just ticked that box in my books.----------------------------------------------------------------I come into your clinic yesterday to get a covid test done and I told the attendants that I needed the results asap as Ill be traveling today 6th April. I was assured Ill get the result by midnight. To my shock and utter disappointment, my result wasnt sent to me even up till now at 5:51pm. I could not fly and this has caused me to invite unnecessary cost and stress.I seek a refund of the fees paid as I do not need the result anymore and would never use nor recommend your services any more. This is totally unacceptable..

Medbury Ikeja Lagos is a fraud, go there at your own risk.I did a Covid 19 test on Thursday 28th January and till Saturday morning which was my flight day, no result. Went back to their lab at around 8.30am, after series of rants and was given a Covid Positive result. Ive never been sick till this present time, I have a 3months old baby, a 3years old girl who are both hale and hearty. I was with my whole extended family till Thursday morning that I left for Lagos and none has been ill till now...Funny enough, I was even the one asking your workers what next? Will I be taken to isolation centre? Do I come for a rerun? To my amazement, I was just told to go... Imagine a Covid 19 positive person told to go,isnt that outrageous?I did another test, at another clinic on Monday 1st February and was tested negative. Had another test done at Dubai Pure Health Lab, same negative. How come I became negative just within days?Thank you Medbury for making me spend 100,800naira on covid test.Thank you Medbury for adding my name to the outrageous Lagos State list of infected patients, we now know how you make up your numbers and I hope you got handsomely rewarded for the fake list compilation.Thank you Medbury for making me to miss my flight for Saturday 30th January, to purchase a new ticket at an exorbitant price.Again, go the Medbury Abba Johnson Ikeja Lagos at your OWN RISK...

This is my second complaintBecause my other gmail email account was blocked from rating/ commenting.In your previous response to my initial rating on a Sunday night(whereby the Center is closed) you suggested that I check my email and spam folder WHICH I DID and there was no email from MEDBURY MEDICAL CENTER.SO, I went BACK to the website as you suggested to track test results and AGAIN I received the message I received when I checked after 48 hours of not hearing from Med bury.Stating my email address is NOT attached to any reservation.
