Went to get tested (covid) for travel. It was quick, not as scary as I thought it will be. Definitely not painful at all. My result will be available the following day being tomorrow Monday.The security at the gate was very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure.Good customer service too.

This place doesnt accept cash or credit cards if you do not have a bank in Nigeria. Im a tourist. How does one do business like this place? Also, I became sick just after visiting this place that was mandated I come here after my self isolated 7 days. Im not suggesting its more than a coincidence and I did not contract covid-19 but it certainly seemed like I would have been healthier not coming here after I had been to banks restaurants and seeing friends. All the testing is done outside and its hot where you must sit and wait under a make shift tent. So tired of this over panicked epidemic. Avoid this place if you can.

Overall impression of Clina-Lancet Laboratories is that of an organisations set out to do business very professionally. As soon as you walk into the HQ you get a sense that it is professionally managed.Clina-Lancet, as of now, is about the only diagnostic service provider that I know is ISO certified, thus, lending credence to quality of service and its delivery.This review wouldnt cover quality of service, as my first visit there was on a different matter other than undertaking diagnostic care.

Your website is not functioning, phone number keeps giving history lessons on clina lancet without anyone picking up for 10 minutes each time I call. I cannot get any information remotely unless I go straight to the clinic.

I had a bad experience with this lab and will never use them again. If you test positive once, please do not go back there to test again after quarantining for two weeks, they will give you a positive result again. They will make you waste your money. They will never have your results on time and they have a very uncaring attitude. Lots of false positive results.

Very disappointed the day I went. The security man forgot to take our temperature. Wasnt first come first served. No social distancing in a lab! Covid test clients and others attended to in the same place. People were cross because their results werent ready. An elderly couple were left in the sun unattended to in spite of prompting the staff several times! I hope it was just a bad day!

A high quality and standard medical laboratory with ISO certification. All types of laboratory tests are accessible here and waiting time is very minimal. They also have multiple mediums through which result can be communicated. I highly recommend this lab.

The one located at ishaga road has a terrible customer service, no security, short staffed, you will have to wait for hours to get attended to and even when the results are ready you can never reach them by email or phone...its frustrating

Okay customer service. Maybe need extra hands to help out. Wait time could sometimes be really long before youre attended to. An extra rest room would be awesome. The single unisex restroom is not sufficient.

Professional and competent laboratory staff. With regards to medical tests, be rest assured they do most tests that many other labs do not. They are not too pricey too.The major snag with them is that they hardly pick their telephone calls when one calls and this could be really annoying especially when one needs to make urgent enquiries.

Very full as one of the few government approved COVID testing centres. Could not get my test results in 24hrs as promised due to backlog. Was this relatively organised though.

Crowded openly disdainful of the COVID rules relating to social distancing and enforcement of mask. Customer service is non existent.It’s over 120 hours and still haven’t received my results.

The covid testing is being done in open area not well suited for raining days. When it rains all the waiting area flood. Also the person taking the test sample is not a chemist or nurse or any medical specialist. Looks that the just told her how to take the sample she was not changing her gloves from one patient to other not even cleaning them with antibacterial gel. I recommend to try another lab looking for more professional and clean procedure.

Staff need to be given a complete course on customer service. Contract staff need to learn to come to work early. Customers who visit your laboratory have a specific reason for doing so. It is totally not acceptable to make them wait for hours on end for a service or have to ring several times to be given a test result. In an emergency, the patient will die before results are received. I am not at all impressed.

I went to Clina-Lancet to get my medicals done for a recruitment exercise.The staff were friendly and patient. I asked the radiologist a ton of questions and he answered every one of them. Thats really commendable.CL is pretty efficient, but I cant say anything about their rates because the company paid for my medicals. Their customer service lines are helpful and I suggest you call to ask any questions you may have.
