Very very poor customer service. Infact they have the poorest customer service in the entire industry. I opened an account with their Karimu Kotun Branch and they gave me a relationship officer who does not reply emails and does not even know anything. To confirm that it is endemic in their culture to deliver poor service, I sent an email to the Executive Director (Stock Bricking) reporting the issue but he never responded, like management like staff. Very bad service all the way. Please avoid them. There are better investment banks around
