The staff was incredibly helpfyl

Your customer care service is almost useless. I have been trying to load my mifi and none has picked my call. Bought a wifi from you, that never worked and have been using my mifi, now to load this is a problem. Calling all the customer service representative and none is picking or responding for over 3 days now. What really is the problem???

On Monday 17-02-20, I purchased the unlimited data plan for N19,800 on a smile modem which I purchased at the Smile office (inside ShopRite in Surulere ) months ago. I got home and there was no internet connection. My devices were able connect to my modem but there was no service. I went back to the store only to be met with poor customer service. I was told that the system was down. I went back home and waited for the issue to be resolved. 7 hours later, there’s still no service from Smile. So I went back to the store got the 3rd time in the same day. I ask for a refund but I with met with hesitation and staff saying the refund process takes a couple of days (sounds fraudulent to me). I was asked to come back the next day to get refunded. It now Tuesday, 21 hours since I purchased Wifi service from Smile and guess what? There’s still no internet service!!!!I had plans to work from home on Monday and the lack of internet service from Smile made my day disaster and set me back. I Paid for a service that I never received, my time was wasted, and the female staff had attitude and were very unprofessional. This is highly unacceptable!!! Meanwhile, no one from Smile has reached to follow up regarding the network outage that’s been going on for almost 24 hours!! How can Smile conduct a business in such manner? It’s 2020 for God’s sake. This company is a joke!I’m heading back to the same office to collect my refund this morning. I’ll keep you posted on the matter after I visit the this location for the 4th time!!

Good internet service provider. But the price for data subscription is a bit high. They offer voice call also but you will need to download the voice call application on Google store. When ever you subscribe for data it comes with some minutes for voice call. The internet is very fast. its only available in few states of the country.

Above average customer service. But sometimes theres no electrical power in the mall and then its hot in the shop. Also when I was there were no cups for the water dispenser.

Good customer service, star rest to assist plus you can get a variety of different internet modem or routers, quality service, though at a cost that worth the price, no anyhow downtime, good coverage and swift response from customer care agent.

It wasnt so easy to locate for me but I used Google maps and discovered that its located inside the mall (ShopRite) in Adeniran ogunsanya.

These guys are fraudsters, running a now exposed data plan scam. Dont give them your money.
