Still bad with everything, customer service, communication, a lot of downtime! Use them at your own risk. My internet has been down for the past 2 days. No proper updates. Just apologies. And they never do anything to sort it out. When it is time to ask for payment they bombard your email with reminders but they can’t provide the service they take the money for.

Paid for subscription over 6 days ago and up till now no connection.. I literally call their customer service every day and it’s same response ..we will get our technicians to come to yours to check it .. haven’t gotten a call from either the technical team or customer care on this.If anything ever goes wrong with your internet better find an alternative cos their after sales service is non existent.I’m basically at their mercy I guess they will finally come whenever they feel it’s right to

Awesome network with great speed. Had little issues with the installation and engineers (which has to be worked on) but aside that, Ive had a delightful experience till now. Been on the network for a year plus and Im not regretting switching providers.

This company has the worst customer service anywhere in this country. It will take weeks to get any actionable response from them. The engineers claim to come for installation/relocation at unscheduled times. I eventually sought an independent engineer to help with relocation of my modem within the same building. I have been trying to get an info from them for the past 2 weeks all to no avail. The heads of customer care/installation teams need to be changed. Fob08367

Optimum delivery and proactive customer service are integral to the success of Internet Service Provision. FiberOne Broadband limited fails emphatically in this regard. Service disruption resolution is not only addressed in a timely fashion, their customer service desk are not adequately trained to empathize and relay service disruption failures to their customers. I have utilized their service for over a year and it leaves a lot to be desired. Frequent downtime and a poor customer service desk (which isn’t toll free BTW) make this an option only for the desperate. I have learned my lesson. Don’t make the same mistake. I wish I could rate this half a star or lower.

A real slow internet. Whenever anyone wants to use it, it is very slow. Half the time the internet is down and the other half its very slow. Cant work properly using it. My friend used it and got it removed in a week because of how slow it is.Pity it even exists

Engage at your own risk. It is unfortunate as I have only been dealing with this company for a week but the customer service is down right horrible.Unscheduled visits for installation!Half done installation job!And worst of all Zero communication.The customer service is just there to apologize and not render solution so that’s a waste of your minutes as well.If you are brave enough to engage their services be sure they explain in detail their installation process so you do not find yourself in my shoes.Will definitely NOT be recommending them to anyone.

I’ve used quite a number of ISPs but you’ll hardly get a truly unlimited plan. I do lots of gaming, office uploads and downloads. FOB to the world. Just work on your outages biko🙏🏽

An amazing Internet service, unlimited data, incredible speed and very, very affordable. The Internet is very stable and on the few occasions there were Internet downtime, I was notified via email by the customer service, whenever I buzz them on WhatsApp or Instagram, I always get a response and assurance that my compliant is being worked on. There is no month that fibre one isnt off on some maintenance tangent with down time effects. I cannot believe how brazen the organisation is to take money from people and rack up cumulative downtimes of up to one week in a whole month in some cases. Our estate forum is inundated with regular complaints i cant even keep up. I for one have sent emails and called severally for some sort of reparation but to no avail. I am seriously considering other options as it stands.

Terrrrrible network provider with practically useless customer service agents. Through out this month it had been one downtime or the other, the last one was 5 days straight and presently it’s another downtime with fake promises of resolution with no actual resolution.I have complained so many times that I do not get mails about downtimes and they say it ll be rectified but even that has not been done.I have had to leave my house just so I can work. No mails, no call backs just empty and useless talk.But they are quick to automatically send mails that the subscription is expiring… lol.. please let it expire as it’s extremely useless to me. After sending my service ID via Instagram as I was asked to, nothing was still done.I will not advise my enemy to use these guys because once you have downtime that is not a general issue, they would frustrate you on all sides with baaaad service.These people are just terrible. I got connected to FiberOne Broadband limited around March 2021, since then every month it has had downtime every month. Sometimes for 2 weeks on end. The customer service is nothing to write home about. This is the typical is coming syndrome. The continuous service disruption takes ages to resolve and so what you gain in cost, you lose in lack of service. Continuous downtime and a customer service desk with no clue. My service has been down over two weeks now, I sent live chat several times, called them, emailed them, zilch, nada. I would not recommend this network. Thank God I have another reliable network. Imagine if this was the only provider to rely on. Hum. I have learned my lesson. Don’t make the same mistake. Zero star should have been an option.

This is the worst Broadband provider ever… They are extremely unprofessional and all their customer service agents are scammers and pathetic liars. They keep telling you lies to get you off the phone. They mute you whilst giving your complaints; and they never ever put you on to a Supervisor or a Manager to speak to. They would always say they aren’t on seat or not available.I have been having internet/broadband downtime for 1 week and 6 days, yes that’s almost 2 weeks, when the downtime started on Monday the 6th of September 2021, I rang the technician Obed, who recently came rushing to add another extension for 60K, but when there was a fault, he stopped picking his calls, stopped responding to his messages, and he went quiet… obviously a fault to fix isn’t as juicy as a new extension/installation.On Thursday the 9th of September 2021, I rang the customer care and made an official complaint about the service and that’s when the nightmare and daymare started… I have been made so many promises, spoken to many agents like Cynthia, Kemi, Michael, some names I have even forgotten or mixed up with the others I dealt with a month or two ago since we installed this terrible broadband… Yes this broadband goes down at least once or twice a week and if you’re lucky, you’d get 2 weeks of interrupted service; however the internet drops so bad that your Netflix or YouTube would be buffering for 3-5 minutes before it continues on probably kilobytes before charging up to Megabytes. They sell 10Mb but if you get 4Mb at any given time, thank your stars.Today Saturday 18th September 2021, after several apologies and promises made, I spoke to the worst customer service agent called MIRA… Oh my goodness, yes I was irate; who wouldn’t be in my situation? Almost 2 weeks of no internet? A paid service, my subscription is paid till the 4th of October 2021. I had spoken with so many agents and they all never did what they promised to do.Mira kept muting me and would probably put down her headset because she couldn’t answer any of the questions I asked whenever she came back to the conversation. She raised her voice and was extremely rude to me, a customer who’s paying for a service that has not been received for 2 weeks.Mira hung up the phone on me. Yes she hung up…I rang back, you see, whilst speaking with several agents, I learned my phone number shows on the screen so they know who’s calling. Mira saw my number, pick the call and hung up immediately before I said a word. I rang back and this time around, no one picked up so I stopped calling…Who can we report this act of gross misconduct to? Who regulates a terrible company like this?I pray your enemy won’t go through this kind of hell and trauma FibreOne broadband has put us through in the past 12 days and counting…This is just a terrible company, terrible staffs, terrible service, and terrible experience overall…My Fob11967 - If there’s a manager or senior management reading this review…Thanks and God bless

With the recent developmebt due to COVID-19, FiberOne has made working from home stressfree for my family and I. I get to attend my zoom meetings, my kids attend their classes and we all stream our various programmes without buffers. Bang-average service. Highly unreliable & inconsistent. My service has been inactive since June 9. Get this - it’s still not working despite daily call & text reminders.If you’re considering a new ISP I would advise you look elsewhere. FiberOne is a superb internet service, depending on where their Fibre is setup, the offside of them is the period between when you contact them and when they actually turn your router on. This period is frustrating and is basically a test of your patience cause there will be lots of following up; however, when this is finally turned on, you’ll greatly enjoy it.Giving a 5-star for their network and 2-star for customer service and technical support.

The most unprofessional people and the worst costumer service in lagos not recommended at all!!I payed on the 24th of May they say in 10 working days every thing will be installed till today (12 june) no one showed up.. I am called the office on monday they said that on Thursday evening everything will be done and today is Saturday and they never even showed up I requested to talk with a manager or a supervisor they said is not available and i kept asking to talk to someone authorized to solve my issue that the costumer service people couldn’t solve !!It have been more then 15 days now and now one showed up and they keep postponing the installation.I spoked to micheal,vivian,blessing none of them solve my issue and the sales guy(tobi) is not answering my calls since yesterday i told him i want a refund and that I don’t trust the company anymore cause if I didn’t do the installation and thats how they’re behaving and keep postponing they’re stuff what will i do if i had an issue later on after the installation they maybe will make me wait a month after fixing the issueAm requesting a full refund of 58kNot recommend at all !!

Good internet service, im not gonna lie about that, even introduced a couple friends and neighbours to the network.Very awful communcation when it comes to customer care centre. I dont know if you employed proper IT graduates or just graduates with any qualifications. Very unimpressed with a lot of feedback when they talk.Network is good, breaks once in a while, fast but not the best for gaming online but great for streaming and downloading stuff.

I used to be a very active supporter and advocate for fiberone, I have recommended them to alot of people, but now I honestly regret doing that. Their services isnt even subpar,its non existent,and I most definitely would not advice anybody to get or engage their services,because you dont get value for your money.Its been almost a month since I had network connection,and I have called their customer care line everyday since then,when you call their customer care lines,its the same repititive rehearsed response I keep getting,how sorry they are and how the issue will be forwarded to their engineers and services will be restored.I spoke to an Anita,after I insisted that I wanted to know the true reason for all these issues,she told me that the reason for the network issue is because some of the residents in my area were migrated to another location,how and why do you migrate peoples services,without first informing them? She then reassured me that by the following day,services will be restored,that My complaint has been forwarded to their technical support,its been 2weeeks since then.I called the 2days after and spoke with another of their reps who repeated the same thing to me,told her I spoke with Anita earlier,she apologised as usual and said it will be forwarded to their technical support,I told her that the previous rep said it has been forwarded to their technical support,and she did not have anything to say,she just kept apologising,I deduced that it probably might not have been forwarded to any technical support at all,because if it had been,she would have said so,instead of apologising.I spoke with an Abel,who practically called me a liar, when I said the network is not working,he said but from their end its showing that its working,this is a network that hasnt worked in weeks,and at the moment I spoke with him was blinking a red light and is still blinking a red light.The I spoke with another customer care rep whose name I cant remember at the moment who asked me if technicians has been to my place and I said no,said a technician will be sent,I am still waiting for said technician.Sent several mails,and it got to a point they stopped replying my mails,until I sent another yesterday,and as usual they replied with how sorry they are.,what they expect me to do with these apologises I do not know!I called yet again, a customer care rep picked,kept me on hold for several minutes,then hung up.Fiberone broadband is beginning to run a scam.I would never recommend fiberone to anyone,their service zero,customer care zero!..Dont even get me started on how they just increase the subscription fee without any notice, you want to renew your subscription for the month and you get to the platform,and Bam!! Its been increased!I most definitely do not recommend Fiber Broadband to any body. This is the worst broadband service provider in Nigeria... I am a new member who signed up on the 18th of March 2021... the max residential speed they offered was up to 10Mb up; after doing a speed test, I got upto 8Mb up and upto 7Mb down.On the 11th of April, I got an internet outage and I’ve still not had internet connection since then...Today is the 30th of April, 2021 and I still haven’t been able to use the internet.I have a renovation and internet cables were cut. I rang the customer care and have spoken to Mira, Princewill, Kayode, Omotola, Olawale Bamidele, and today; Michael Samson... All they do is apologise and assure a technician would come to my premises to fix the cable cut. I was advised it would take 24-48 hours which expired yesterday (Thursday) as I lodged this request since Tuesday 27th of April...This is extremely unprofessional and very annoying; nothing seems to be happening and I’ve been told there’s another outage in my area (GRA Ikeja) and no technician will come fix my cable cut until the outage is resolved; but no one knows when that will be... until then I just have to continue wasting data from my phone to tether internet...This is ridiculous service I’m getting from FibreOne and I’ll advise new customers to beware and stay clear of this ripoff company.Service ID: fob11967

I have been using Fibreone for years now and I recommended it to a lot of my family and friends but I regret doing that.Their customer service is the worst you can ever interact with.I have had a downtime for 2 weeks now and it still isnt resolved. I have called them every day (apart from Saturday and Sunday) and all they have done is apologise and tell me they will escalate the issue and still nothing has been done.This morning I called and spoke to a woman called Faith and she gave me the same unhelpful and rehearsed response and I told her that wasnt enough for me. The phone cut off and I called back and got the same Faith. Told her I wasnt satisfied with their promises of escalation and asked her to connect me with an engineer so I will follow up with him or her directly. She said she wasnt allowed to do that and I insisted that she give me a direct link with the engineer. This Faith cut off the call and I called back 4 times. Each time, it would ring for a long time and someone would pick and drop it immediately. I was determined to speak with them again and continued to call. After the 4th time, a woman called Mira picked the call and gave me the same unhelpful and rehearsed response. I told her that my case had been escalated more than 10 times and she said it wasnt escalated until 2 days ago. This means that those reps who promised to escalate didnt and when I pointed this out to her and told her that if they didnt do it all those other times, then why should I trust that theyd do it now, she didnt have an answer for me.I asked to speak with someone higher up the chain who could help and she said they have no one which means that fibreone doesnt have a structure for customers to lay their complaints when the first level isnt able to help.I asked when I could call to speak with someone else and she said she couldnt tell me because she can only speak for today and not tomorrow. This again tells me that Fibreone has no plans for their customers.I know they will not sort out my problems today or in this week but I have resolved to escalate this as far as possible. This isnt the first time I am experiencing this for Fibreone but It will be the last because they have lost a customer.I do not recommend Fiberone Broadband to anyone. Please find a better Internet service provider that is efficient and cares about their customer experience and satisfaction.

Terrible process, rude sales, un-equipped customer service. This is endemic failure top (at senior leadership and process level) to bottom.I chose fibre one because my friends had it, I wish Id asked what the interaction experience was because honestly, mine has been unpleasant.1 - no clear communication or time frame with regards to installation. They expect to you to wait till they want to show up (months and they show up randomly).2. after 9 months, internet is not working, customer service personel may be pleasant on the phone to talk but they un-equiped, they cant schedule an appointment or communicate a schedule of when engineer will come to resolve (diagnose, fix) the issue. The engineer randomly shows up at my house unannounced (multiple times!!! ) and call my phone asking to let them in. - Who does that these days (people go to work and are not at home)? It must be expensive, inefficient, frustrating and futile for the engineers to just turn up when no one is around. The engineer has come 3 times now, cannot fix or even tell me what is wrong. All fibre one SENIOR Management needs to do is get their processes in order. SYNCHRONISE and stop frustrating your staff and customers.

For someone who is a heavy internet user, changing my ISP to FOB was one of the best decisions I made this year.Although it took months to get them to agree to install the service in my apartment because according to them, they didn’t have coverage in my close (even though they had on the Main street); the quality of service has excellent.I have had no need for a backup service provider and have been 100% reliant on FOB. The internet speed has been fast and true to their word, I have been able to stream videos with little to no buffering.Hopefully the service will remains good for the foreseeable future.

Ive been using Fiberone in Gbagada since July 2020 which is 10 months now. I have to say they are fantastic. I hardly experience downtime...maybe once in two weeks, but it doesnt happen every month. The internet is fast and reliable for streaming, downloads etc. Coming from Tizeti here in my area, fiberone is mathematically 1,500% better. I calculated it.... in my area oh.I also have a battery for the wifi which I purchased separately so it lasts basically 24/7. Its more affordable than its competitors and its pretty fast. I should also add that their customer care is okay...they reply my emails and pick my calls on average between 1-2 minutes.I understand that speed may differ based on location, but here in Gbagada, its fantastic.

This company will make you sweat. I paid for services and after 3 months they didn’t come for installation. Their customer service is extremely poor. Their Engineers are very uncoordinated. There is a disconnect between all the workers in the company. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
